The pens that we received in our first order were good, however we still have not received our last order. We have had to place the order twice already and still have not received them.

The pen is just a very basic promotional pen good one you need a lot of them to pass out freely. Although the service and shipping was lacking.

Pens I ordered were delivered to the wrong address and I was unable to have them for an event I had.
