Penzeys Spices Avis

My only source for spices. Penzey's products and the company are topnotch. A leader in providing high quality spices without chemical treatment and a leader in speaking out about dire social issues. So many companies cut corners on their products just to make a profit. Not Penzey's. Too many companies sit back and play it safe when it comes to taking a stand on important current events.

Product tested positive for high levels of mold.

I was a customer of Penzeys Spices for many years and was always pleased with the quality and variety of their spices. But for the last few years, their website, communications, packaging, and customer service have deteriorated dramatically. They seem to no longer show much interest in their spice business. I have switched to another supplier.

I don’t understand the poor reviews unless it is purely political. I’ve ordered many times from Penzeys and their customer service is A+ with questions or how to use coupons. Their spice blends are outstanding and all spices are amazing for cooking. You won’t be disappointed in the service or product.

Cheap stale spices for top Doller

Spices the wife bought were stale and she shouldve checked if they had an expiration date beforehand lol, but a mistake she wont make again. Terrible

Worst spices on the market! Will never order again!

Outstanding spices. I am fussy about spices so I only get them from Penzeys, truly outstanding quality and customer service.

We have purchased Penzeys Spices online for many years because there is no store near us. Their spices are, in a nutshell, the best spices in the world! Always fresh and flavorful, beautifully packaged, and safely mailed. I see that some folks have downgraded them due to political messages on their packaging, and I encourage readers to ignore those reviews because you don't eat politics. Namaste.

Rude customer service, and not just to the right side. Called management without so much as a return call. Terrible.

Very fast shipment, good prices and amazing spices. I’m so happy to have found them.

People who want to dissuade you from shopping here are usually political hacks. In fact, the spices have stringent quality control and unlike the vast majority of spices out there now that are riddled with toxic substances, they are safe. Also, potent (meaning they don't use old spices), and the mixes are unique and flavorful. Ignore the bots, and try them. It's worth it.

Terrible customer service. I would shop elsewhere

Staff is rude and disrespectful

Received Spices as a gift. They were just the same as store bought no better. The hateful rants on the packaging are just not necessary. Just sell the product!!!

I bought a kitchen starter pack for my granddaughter for Christmas because I couldn’t think what else to get her. She loved it and says everything she has made using them has been delicious! I also like that it came with a small cookbook to give her ideas with how to use them. I think it even included a cute dish towel. Very happy with this gift!

Penzeys Spices are the freshest most delicious spices I have ever purchased. They have almost any spice you can think of - and they offer them in lots of different sizes so you can get just what you need.

Spices are fine, just know that they'll be served with a political sermon.

I'm neither Democrat nor Republican, and I support the owner's freedom to express their views, but when someone decides to do that as a business, there are repercussions.

I don't need AOC. I don't need Trump. Just give us some spices without the preaching, please.

I stopped spending my money on Penzy spices after reading their extremely woke mission statement! Penzys should focus on improving their products rather than attacking half of their customer base. This is a very hateful organization! I support Christian owned businesses.
