Chen Wei is our tour manager for the Best of Eastern Europe tour, April 23~ May 4. He was professional, patient, and organized, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. He provided wonderful historical backgrounds of the countries/cities/sites that we visited. He went above and beyond to make the journey educational and meaningful.
The tour was well organized and highly recommended, although the schedules were tight, as there were quite a lot of places and distances to cover.
Also, a thank you to bus driver Andrew.

This is my second time to meet tour guide Jeffrey. His professional and dedicated touring leads me a comfortable and happy journey. He is very organized, patient and friendly to take care of all of tourists all the time. He is an excellent one.

We family of 4 went on to the Apr 10 – 23, 2026 Amazing Yunnan-Guizhou Tour organized by Peony Tours. The tour had 27 members. Overall, we found the trip very joyful. The hotels were clean and comfortable. Their breakfasts were excellent. The tour included all the meals and they were good because Henry the tour guide arranged to avoid too spicy dishes. Two excellent moves I would like to point out. When visiting some challenging scenic areas, Henry arranged paid-escalator and cableway for us to make the trip much more comfortable (we didn’t pay). He also prepared abundant oxygen equipment for us when we were at high-altitude areas (we didn’t pay neither). When a senior group member was in a critical medical condition, Henry accompanied her to the hospital till 3 o-clock in the morning, meanwhile he mobilized local tour guides to escort the rest of us to continue our journey. Thank you for the extra miles, Henry (Hai Huang)! Professional and dedicated.

My husband and I took the 19days Yangtze River & Chengdu & Jiuzhaigou tour in April 2026.It went on flawlessly because our group, mostly seniors, got along well and everyone tried to stick to the schedule provided by our tour guide Steven Hu. Steven was very attentive, well organized and very experienced. He made us feel relaxed and pampered. The food was plentiful! The 5 star hotels and the river cruise were so comfortable and luxurious. The itinerary of our trip was full but not rushed. Overall Peony Tours exceeded our expectations.

This is our first time with Peony Tours - the Yangtze & Chengdu & Jiuzhaigou in April 2026 . We had a very joyful memorable experience. The tour itinerary is great, organized and well planned.
Our lead guide Steven Hu (胡希夷）is the best tour guide, he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. He took good care of everyone, especially when we were at Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou, a couple of members were not feeling well due to altitude sickness, he helped them all the way until they were safely back to normal. He also proactively took good pictures for us. Our Huangshan local guide 小汪 and Chongqing Chengdu local guide 小萬 are also very nice.
We will definitely recommend Peony Tour to our friends.

We took a 12-day tour of Spain and Portugal from 4/9 to 4/20/2026 with Peony Tour. It turned out to be one of the best experiences we ever had. The route they planned was great and the pace was perfect for us and the tour guide Jeffrey was phenomenal. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable about every stops we made. He is like a living history book. Best of all, he cares about us throughout this tour and took good care of everyone. He really planned our days perfectly, such as, when we should depart in the morning, where to make the pit stop, best place to buy souvenirs, etc. We could not be happier having him to be our next tour guide and the one after.

My wif and I were first timeer with with Peony Tours and didn't know what to expect. But from the moment we got picked up at Midrid airport by our tour guid Jeffrey and local tour guide Maria, we felt relax and comfortable. Jeffrey treated us like the family members, all of us were taken good care of all people onboard during the whole 12 days tour. My wife and I agree we will book our future tour trips with Peony Tours. Many thinks to our wonderful tour guide Jeffrey! You are best of the best!

Wonderful tour guides, both US and Local Turkey guides, during our recent Tour of Turkey. They take care of tour member at each site. We had a member somehow misoriented in one of the site. The two guides ran back to search. Eventually they found him. We could feel how patient they were with seniors. We all share the gratitudes for their kind services!

He is very knowledgeable and always gave detailed introductions on the bus before arriving at each destination, sharing information about the local history, culture, economy, GDP, and national background. It made the journey not only beautiful, but also very educational and meaningful.

Recently returned from Spain+Portugal 12 day tour, and it was awesome. Our guide, Jeffrey, was very eloquent in both Chinese and English, explaining key details of each location. The trip itself was truly a vacation, not too early departures, and early enough arrivals at the hotels to explore the area if you wished. I had requested a substitution for one of the excursions, and Jeffrey took care of that immediately. So. thank you Jeffrey for setting up the best and relaxing schedule, as well as taking great care of us. This is the second time we selected Peony Tours, and would love to go on another tour with Jeffrey in the future!

The bus and the driver (Bruno) were also wonderful, very accommodating and spacious.

We just finished 12 day Spain/Portugal trip and it was excellent. Our guide Jeffrey did fantastic job explaining the culture and history of the places we visited and that made the whole trip very interesting. He also took very good care of our food and lodging. This is the second trip I selected Peony tours and both were excellent.

我们参加了4日9日到20日去土耳其的团。总体很满意。

这次行程安排适当，既参观了众多景点，又考虑到了团员的体力。旅店也很好，但第五天途中的自助餐很差，几乎所有人都抱怨。

聂导是一个经验丰富的导游，这是我第二次参加他带的团。感觉很好，他知识丰富，讲解深入浅出，加深了我们的理解。尤其感谢他每天提醒大家临出门前检查重要物品，让我们一路平安无事。

不过有几个小建议：1. 不少人感到棉花堡和伊斯担布尔时间不夠。2. 而参观地毯的时间太长。

我们是第三次参加名人假期旅游团，这次参加了土耳其团，导游Davis带团，他对大家照顾非常周到，有耐心、风趣、幽默，整个行程把全团的气氛调节得非常好，行程安排合理，团员有任何问题都是第一时间解决，感觉很温暖。

We have a wonderful time on this special Greece tour with the cancellation of the cruise and spending a few days in Mykonos and Santorini instead. At first we were disappointed that we can’t go on a cruise and cannot visit Patmos and Ephesus. However, everything turned out great despite of the stormy days in Santorini. We get to stayed at first class hotels on the islands and spend more time on the islands as compared to half day excursions from the cruise. I felt that we have a more in depth tour of these beautiful islands as compared to most other tourists. I was grateful that the tour company came up this these great adjustments when the cruise got cancelled. Only down side was the Jetboat ride from Mykonos to Santorini was too bumpy and uncomfortable.
Our guide Jeffrey Liu is awesome. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very responsible. He jumped in to take care of unexpected emergencies without interrupting the set itinerary. He is very caring and takes care of everyone in the group. His personal touch and genuine care made us feel well taken care of the entire trip. Thank You!
The hotels we stayed at were luxurious and comfortable. Some of the included meals were a bit disappointed, but maybe due to a difference of taste for Greek foods.
In general, I highly recommend this tour to anyone for a memorable, high quality experience. Hope the company can explore options of spending days stay on the Greek islands or cruising to more islands in the future.
