Our 2-night, 3-day cruise with Peony Cruises in Lan Ha/Halong Bay was truly the standout highlight of our Vietnam trip.

From the moment we stepped on board, everything felt special. The boat itself is beautiful — stylish, spacious, and immaculately maintained — and upgrading to a suite was absolutely worth it for the extra comfort and incredible views.

We decided to skip the Day 2 excursion and instead spend the day relaxing on board, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the entire holiday. With fewer people around, it felt peaceful and almost private at times, allowing us to fully soak in the breathtaking scenery of Lan Ha Bay at a slower, more relaxed pace.

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Ginni and Anna. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — ensuring we had different meals so we didn’t repeat the same lunch, and carefully catering for my tomato allergy without any fuss at all. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The food was excellent throughout, the activities were well balanced, and the whole experience managed to feel both luxurious and completely relaxed at the same time.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peony Cruises — it’s an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to end a trip to Vietnam.

This is our 2nd tour with Peony Tour. The service that Peony Tour provided was great and our guide Jackie was amazing also our local tour guide Walter. The trip plan was well organized with easy pace. We will go with Peony Tour for our Future trips.

We enjoyed our 11th tours to Japan and Taiwan. When we walked out of the airport, our tour guides were there waiting for us. Both tour guides were very knowledgeable, generous, and kind to us personally. We enjoyed good company, very friendly people form several countries, visiting different places, comfortable buses, delicious foods, and hotels. These are signs of excellent choices and experiences. Combining our tours to Japan and Taiwan together was an excellent choice. Among tourists, one couple told us that they have joined and enjoyed "all the tours" that Peony/Ritz Tours have offered. They also have visited Taiwan every year for several years. We have confidence in the excellent services provided by Peony/Ritz Tours. We will book additional tours in the future and visit Taiwan, our home country, again.

我們的靈魂人物導遊先生有著豐富的學識，解說得非常的詳盡細膩，豐富的經驗把我們帶得非常的盡興滿意。唯一美中不足的就是有一晚在義大利，整個巴士被偷了所有留在車上的東西都被盜走了。這趟旅行堪稱完美完善。謝謝。

Mr. Wei Chen is my tour guide who shown his professional in my latest trip. He is such a meticulous planner, making our daily activities so seamless that we were able to enjoy a completely worry-free trip. Mr. Chen also introduced and explained a lot of information regarding the attractions that included the history and cultural things. As one of the tour members with him, I felt very comfortable and enjoy the time in this trip. I am very appreciated the performance of Mr. Chan Wei and highly recommended to my friends.

Guide was really flexible and friendly. He has an amazing knowledge on the cities visited.

We just finished 12-day west Europe trip and enjoyed it very much! The tour guide James Wang is very knowledgeable, experienced and humorous. He took care of everyone and arranged things perfectly, he gave us useful & detailed information all the time. We joined a lot of tours in the past, James is the best tour guide we had, we will definitely recommend Peony to our friends.

I'm eager to write my review about my wonderful Europe trip with Peony. Me & hubby were planning a getaway trip, Peony wasn't our first choice, but somehow something happened, i saw peony's advertisement appeared on FB. I went ahead to check it out the reviews that 70-90% of customers would recommend you guys and would travel with you guys again. I guess we were lucky enough to have join this wonderful tour and guided by our phenomenal tour leader Mr. James Wang. In the beginning we weren't expected too much especially we both are not good with history. It ended it up with a big surprise due to James' magic. James made the guiding so interesting by adding his funny jokes and funny experiences in the past. I didn't even fall in sleep during the long bus ride and i was looking forward to listen from James' "lecture" everyday. James is knowledgeable, well planned, caring , kind, humble, responsible , patient, warmth and calm person. He took good care of everyone in our group very well.
There were few minor things had happened during our trip. James was able remain calmly and didn't affect any other group members' emotion and got things all taken care of. I was fortunate to have few chances to talk to him while others were using restroom. I felt James was like a teacher or elder family member that could teach me things and gave me good advice. As days went by, i talked to most of our group members and kind of did an interview to them to see how they felt about James. Thankfully all out come came back all positive & satisfied. Everyone gave good review about James. I am so happy that James truly deserved all these good reviews. At the end of our trip, we bumped into James in airport, he still being so considerate & caring for few other people in our group, to making sure they checked into the right places. James truly rocks and definitely would recommend Peony to our friends and family is all because of James. Thank you All.

The Eastern European tour on 3-19 thru 3-30-26 with Wei Chen and John (driver) was very good and had lots of fun and excised my expectations. Keep up the good work.

Wei Chen的东欧团太棒了，他幽默风趣，而且对欧洲历史如数家珍。在路途上不但听到很多有趣的故事，也有很多有用的旅游常识。期待下次再参加他的团。

這是我第一次參加名人假期的旅行。領隊陳煒很專業，態度誠懇，行情安排很細心周到。每個景點嘅介紹都好詳盡。在車上他還講述歐洲各國嘅歷史，深入淺出，時空交替，非常精彩。日後有機會我還希望他帶着我們「周遊歐洲列國」，增廣見聞。

剛参加完3／19／26東欧團。令我有個愉快難忘而安全的旅程。特別是我們是領隊陳煒先生他真是個極好的導遊。他好照顧又细心解决各團友的問題，细心安排行程在車上講述各景點及歷史令我們了解各城市的背景。最欣賞他的微笑，如再去欧洲一定再找他作為導遊。我是團員Connie Chan
