Ordered a dress from this company that said Peper & Leaf London when it arrived the dress was made from completely different material to that advertised . It was cheap nasty lightweight . The hem was not finished properly and there was a label that had been cut out at the neck . I would not even take this to a charity shop it was that awful. I’m asking for a return address, they e mailed back eventually saying not a problem within 30 days but it was China and sue to border controls it could take 6 weeks to arrive if at all !!! Therefore that would of course be their get out clause . Instead they offered 10% of the original price and for me to keep the dress siting environmental damage to return! I would not have purchased in the first place knowing it was coming from China but naively thought they were London based from the advert.
After many e mails they agreed 50% only .
My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are fraudsters.

Awful service - no product arrived !!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONOURABLE COMPANY! I stupidly purchased a dress which was advertised via Facebook. In addition to the fact that the garment which eventually arrived is of extremely poor quality, when attempting to arrange a return I find that the company blatantly avoid honouring their returns policy. A lesson learned.

Still not received goods after waiting ages for the right size - Will not be using them again

SCAM. Illegal, Will not accept returns for faulty goods, refuse to provide their company details to allow a court claim.
Update, I got my money back, here's how, Keep rejecting their offers and eventually they offer 75% back, at the same time apply to your credit card retailer and the shopping cart payment provider for full refunds. It was very satisfying get 2.75* times my original purchase price back. No company deserved it more.

AVOID... Total scam, I never received my products and they never respond to emails or requests for updates. It appears to be a chinese company pretending to be a London fashion brand, take your cash and run.

Appalling returns policy making it impossible to obtain a refund for shoddy, poor quality garments! Am absolutely disgusted, you might just as well hand over your money and tell them to keep it. They should hang there heads in shame

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They give the impression that they are a bespoke retailer in London but are not.I got duped and drawn in by the ad on Instagram and feel a bit of a fool. The quality of the 2 hoodie I purchased are very poor quality and the shoes feel like they are not going to last long.No point in sending them back as they took 5 weeks to arrive.I'll take it on the chin as a lesson learnt.Read the reviews beforehand.

Warning!! Please do not buy from this company. Please do not be fooled by the photo of the item you think you’re buying or the name London. This company are clearly from China, so be prepared for a long wait for your item and then be ready for disappointment. Very cheaply made.

Only giving 1star as unable to not score.. avoid this company as they are scammers .. they will not refund the payment for a jacket I regret to have bought.. they are in China and they do not respond. Reported to fraud team

Dreadful scam. Looks legit. Not really based in London but China. Quality awful, sizing appealing, and although you ‘can return’ the item posting to China is at your own cost and not guaranteed…so they give you a 10% refund instead! Don’t fall for it!

Terrible quality and fit. Followed by approx 25 emails to try to return the item. In the end received a partial refund and they would not accept a return. Something about having to spend the item to China!!

This is a total scam. I bought a coat at £40, it was terrible, material was so thin and the sleeves way to short...more like sleeves on a kids coat! I asked to return it and they said I can but it is highly likely it will go missing as their site is in Europe. In the event of it going missing I will not receive a refund so obviously its going to go missing. I've contacted my bank to Tey and get a refund. Its a l9ng process and may not be possible but thought its worth a try. I'm appalled by this company!

Unfortunately I was fooled by this scam.
Advertised on Instagram and everything looked so legit I fell for it.
After paying £60 for the coat, which looked of high quality online, it arrived and it is cheap, thin material.
I have tried several times to contact the company for a return address (which I find odd isn't on their website to begin on) and no one responds. After looking into this company online it seems very dodgy. Total scam.

Yikes. I ALWAYS check reviews from unknown companies. Except this once for this one. The ad was great, the ordering process smooth...it ends there. Item was way off including no size noted anywhere on the item or packing, still trying to see if they will accept a return which I really doubt, and uncovered confusing details on the background of the company. They did a good job in taking my money, though. Do not buy from them.

Avoid this company, cheap material £40 dress looked like a cheap Halloween out fit.

Do not use this company. The quality of their goods is beyond a joke. How they survive is a mystery. They sell the greatest lead of shit! Don't waste your money.

I foolishly didn't read the reviews and purchased a jacket and some trousers.The quality of the items was awful and didn't match the advertising. The jacket was advertised as a winter coat to see you through the colder months but in reality it is extremely thin fabric will not keep me warm in any winter months. The sizing of the items was all wrong as well so I asked for a full refund. They told me it would cost at least £30 as the returns have to go to China (not sure why they are called Paper and Leafs London as they have no connection to London - another bit of false advertising). They also told me that most people who do a return have their item lost or damaged in the post so I probably won't get a refund anyway. But I persevered and after 16 emails, talks of reporting them to trading standards and the consumer ombudsman, I finally got a refund just short of £30 of what I had paid for the items. I didn't have to send the items back so didn't have to pay the £30 postage. So, after many weeks of trying to get a refund, I am £30 out of pocket and have a few more wrinkles and grey hairs. Just an awful company who should be shut down.

As all other reviews please avoid this company, i found them on instagram and ordered some boots. Took an age to arrive and were not the same product and not the correct size. No ability to return and have not responded to my emails requesting a returns address.
