I am convinced that this is company is a scammer.
The 2 PCR packs that I ordered and paid up-front for did not arrived. I sent and email to the Customer Care address, but received no reponse.
I also tried to call the Customer Care number, but that just rang out.

I made a procedural mistake that likely would have led to my test going missing. Following a telephone call to the company, requesting for immediate help, customer care intervened and ensured that my test was identified properly and processed. This has gone above and beyond what I was expecting them to do. My heartfelt thanks!!
Tedious & Cumbersome Process.
This was an expensive, tedious and cumbersome process. The Q code would not scan into the document. One of our test report numbers was not accepted as it was a duplicate number even though the instructions we received from the provider advised that we could use the same order number.

Fast, friendly and efficient…
I was very impressed by the efficient and friendly service I received from Customer service. I made a mistake packaging my sample but was able to contact the company who assured me that there was no reason for concern. They were also able to reduce my "pre-flight stress levels" by giving me a helpful estimate of the time I could expect my results. I have nothing but praise for their quick responses to my emails. bad I thought it was a fake site scam .Don't use them When some one pays £70 for a next day test and has to wait 4 days Somewhere down the line someone isn't delivering a service on trade description and should either be prevented from trading or refund .Or both .How these Government authorized companies minting it on the ,"Covid gravy train"actually obtained /issued licenses ,the general public can only assume. Is from a slimy trail of corrupt back handers leading right upto Westminster .My result email eventually came from another company and I now wish I hadn't supplied my NHS number to them . Truly shocking and the fact that the government changed the requirements on UK re entry whilst I was away ment I didn't even need the test anyway .Would PeploBio like to reimburse me for potential loss of earnings whilst waiting for my result ?The other unpleasant thing about dealing with them is that they don't reply to correspond ance .In my case I sent 2 messages off to them .Neither answered. Guess they must be overwhelmed with happy customers (sic)

I should have checked reviews, but I was in a hurry and this company is definitely exploiting people in this situation.
The test arrived promptly on the day of my return flight and the tracking number says that my sample was received on January 12 just before midday. Same as the other reviews, 3 days later I haven't received my results, an answer to my mails or managed to get the line.
I find obnoxious that this company was literally the first choice popping on the gov.uk website. Avoid this company!!!
And please, do not leave me this blahblah about how you care about my review and want me to mail your info address like I already did a zillion times. Just answer your claims instead of leaving such fake "thank you for your review" replies on trust pilot and give me my money back.
Covid will never stop if such scam companies do not deliver the test results that could help reducing the spread of the virus. You guys should be ashamed to profit over this pandemic.

Very Poor Customer Service
Very Poor Customer Service. Emailed company for an approximate time of receiving result. Was told 5 days, then explained that I had to do the PCR within 72 Hours, then told that I had to deliver the PCR to the Lab in Guildford I live in South Wales, then the story changed to that it would be OK. Going on this faith that the Company is Legitimate, I feel that they do not live up to thier expectations of service. I emailed the Customer Support with my issue. The package was delivered late on Wednesday, was picked up early hours of Thursday Morning, Tracked 24 (Arrived on Friday Morning) when explaining that my Flight was on Saturday and the time frame was given me the problematic thoughts that the result would not be processed in the time they advertise. I then had to do a 12 hour PCR with a Health Company in Cardiff. When asking fir a refund The Customer Service Jemeli blamed it on Royal Mail that there was a delay in postage when quite clearly in my emails that Royal Mail os not the issue but the processing of the PCR once recieved is shocking. No response to when the PCR would be processed no reassurance given to me that it would be done. Disgusting Service over all from start to finish. I have a consistent paper trail of every conversation and raising a formal complaint

Still nothing on day 7
I got a day 2 test for returning from a trip. The kit was delivered quickly, but now I’m on day 7 and haven’t heard anything at all from them. Their phone line is turned off, you can’t leave a message and they have not replied to any of the emails I’ve sent. Their boldly advertised 'Same day results - you will receive the results on the same day your sample arrives to our laboratory' doesn’t feel very impressive at this point. I see replies from them suggesting contacting their support, but they don’t reply at all, so not very helpful...
Update: Thank you for replying, Jack, much appreciated. Will try, although I have already sent some 4 emails to that exact address (have double checked) without anything back.

Delayed 2nd Day Test PCR test results
Our 2nd Day Test PCR test sample was delivered Monday 11.50 ( Royalmail delivery status info) but we did not get the results till 01.47 Thursday. Way beyond 24 hours, increasing our isolation time. Tried contacting them on the phone, no one picks up and emails do not get any response. Avoid this company

Radio silence after submitting my sample
Sent my day 2 PCR sample 4 days ago and all I have received is confirmation that I activated my sample.
No response to my message and no phone number published anywhere on the website.
Sure hope I get my money back.

Please don't go with this company. I paid for a Day 5 test to release and it's already 2 days later now and still no response. Total lack of communication, no one picks up their phones. I got an email after the 24hour guaranteed period to say they won't be delivering on time and that was just it! No other update, no mention of when and no refund. I have lost days of work now.

Ordered a 2 Day PCR test for me and my parents which arrived 4-5 days late. We completed and posted the PCR tests on the 31st Dec and 10 days later on the 10th Jan we still have had no contact from them on resullts. Not been able to contact them as phonelines down and they have not bothered to respond to any of our emails. Complete making money scam! I have sent a complaint through to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) but don't see it making any difference. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!

A requirement to be a private provider on UK Gov is that they must deliver test results within 48 hours. PeploBio does not know the half of this. They are incompetent with horrible customer service. I dont know what type of a business is completely unreachable by phone and takes minimum a day to respond to emails but yet still writes the same generic reply about staff sickness. I understand the impact that covid has on businesses but this company clearly has no contingency plan for such situations. Day 7 and still no results...
