Excellent website both with choice and easy to use.
Ordered on a Saturday, spoke to customer service who was very cheerful and helpful.
Because we had dithered on what to get there was less choice BUT there was a nice reduction in price.

I bought four Sofia dining chairs from Peppermills and got terrific service.
The sales team were so helpful organising next day leather colour samples and guiding me through their order system.
The chairs look so stylish, finished in dark mocha leather with walnut coloured frames and legs. They came fully made-up and were available from stock and delivered to my home in Scotland within days.
Peppermills certainly give a five star customer service!

Purchased 3 stools from Peppermill Interiors and when I got them back to our bar and unboxed them we noticed that 2 of the 3 stools had scratches on the surface.

I contacted the customer service team that stated that their policy was for the customer to unbox and unwrap their purchases on the car park to ensure no damage had occurred to the items.

Once you leave the premises you have accepted the state in which the items are sold. If you wish to then return or exchange them you must have the original packaging and bring them to the showroom yourself.

When paying for a product a customer should be confident that the product they're paying for isn't damaged. In this instance not just one product, but two!

Customer service just copies Ts&Cs in emails.

A real shame as the products are lovely, and we were just about to look at furnishing our second bar but after this experience we'd rather go elsewhere.

Bought two black with arms and 4 orange without arms. Love them. Extremely sturdy. Paintwork and colours ivery neatly finished. Screws are quite noticeable but don’t mind that as it fits with Retro feel. So pleased with them. Also price was good. Service superb.

My friend and I attended the open day on Saturday and loved the whole experience. Great bar b q and pimms, such a shame about the weather but still lovely to have joined you all. Sadly, my friend couldn’t get her dining chairs, they were sold out which is good for PI. I have purchased dining table, chairs, bench, sideboard and island stools in the past and am very happy. I love the choice. I will be back for a st moritz chair and foot stool on my return from holiday.

We went to Peppermill Interiors Clearance event on Saturday looking for some dining chairs for our new house. We found 2 perfect chairs at an unbelievable price! The staff were excellent and the event really well organised. We looked around their showroom before leaving and I have to say, their furniture is amazing, unique and competitively priced, so have picked out some beautiful garden furniture too. Brilliant experience all round and would highly recommend. . . . and we even treated to drinks and burgers before leaving.

We went to the store with the plan of just browsing around. But guess what? We couldn’t bring our furry friend with us! But hey, a friendly staff member offered to take care of him while we went on a shopping spree. Turns out, she was the owner herself! We finally found the stool we were looking for, and the staff members were super helpful and answered all our questions. They even said if we didn’t like it when we got home, we could return it for a full refund. So, we picked up the stool from their warehouse and headed back home, with our dog by our side. All the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and I highly recommend this company. They’re the best!

Absolutely stunning furniture very well priced and well made. Perfect you can look in store, touch feel and sit on the furniture, All on the website too.
The showroom is a great visit with so much choice. The staff are friendly and a pleasure to discuss any questions you have regarding all the furniture.
We have purchased lots of items over the years and not ever been disappointed.
