Steve and the guys did a great job removing all our furniture into storage, packing and covering all our furniture and fragile items..
They were very accommodating all the way through the move.
Also the service I received from Beth with communication.. Thank you Steve and Beth.

We recently had the contents of our house packed, removed and stored by this company, and I can give them 10 out of 10 at least for every aspect of their work. Communication, attention to detail regarding, packaging and removal were all exemplary. All the people from this company were extremely kind, patient and helpful. Everything was packed well and all boxes were clearly labelled. I highly recommend this company and all of the staff 100%.

I would like to say thank you so much to Perfect Removals and especially to the two guys who moved us into our temporary accommodation in Holt, they most certainly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly with the move. All the 'loan' furniture arrived on time and the two put everything together for us and even assembled the rooms so that they looked great, what an absolutely wonderful service I would recommend them to anyone. They also then followed me to our flooded home to bring back some items we needed as we will be here for some time, they once again carried everything to it's place in the rental property. Can't fault this service from start to finish from picking up the phone, being kept informed, and follow up calls to ensure everything went smoothly. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else anymore.

Wow what a lovely bunch of movers. They were so fast and efficient. They are very friendly and took great care over the wrapping of our stuff and it was all packed so thoroughly. We actually felt so at ease with them we left them to it and went for a walk and brunch. If you can't decide which movers to get choose these.....they are so worth every penny. Look no further. In fact when our son moves out we will be having them again. They really are a wonderful company.

Brilliant company to deal with. Always ‘on the ball’ and so helpful. Packed up all my belongings with such care. Pay out for damaged mirror was very fast and no fuss. People here actually do ring you back when they say they will, unlike a lot of other companies. Had them pack up my items, store them, return them, collect boxes afterwards and dealt with issue regarding my hob, all very professionally. A pleasure to do business with. Can recommend them 100%. Well done Perfect Group.

pg have gotten involved in a long running saga with my home being destroyed, within 2 days of being notified they have managed to refurnish a 4 bed property, beds, sofas etc etc. not only this but they managed to expedite the delivery to 1 day! The team that turned up were amazingly friendly, efficient and willing to help in any way. Their name really is indicative of how they perform.

I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service we have received from everyone involved with the company. Lara was extremely organised and efficient, from arranging a video call to produce a quote to trying to accommodate our date preferences for the move to work around our jobs and was in constant contact. On the day of our move the team arrived exactly when they said they would and as promised rang 40 minutes ahead of arrival to let us know. All three of the team were helpful, polite, extremely respectful of both our current property as well as the new temporary property and ensured we were happy with everything before they completed the job. It is also worth noting they were working on a very hot day in July and never once complained or let it affect their professionalism.

Please pass on our gratitude to everyone involved, in what has been a very stressful time you all made one of the most difficult parts very easy and that’s appreciated.

Once my accomodation had been confirmed, PG were with me the very next day. They took care of my things as though they were their own. The movers, Lewis and Gary, were supportive during the stressful time while maintaining their professionalism.
Holly H. was simply phenomenal and amazing. She coordinated everything 'perfectly' and I knew that I was in good hands.

The perfect group have moved me out twice now, and I can honestly say that both times they have been incredible. They work so fast and efficiently, they packed all my stuff up for me and moved it in a matter of hours. Every person who works there has been so lovely and kind and have given me an amazing experience.

After suffering a water leak at home we were assigned Perfect Group to pack up our belongings and send to storage.
The service we received was excellent so much so that when we moved back from our 5th rental we wanted Perfect Group to pack us up and move us back as well as bringing back our items from storage. Again the service we received was excellent from both the head office team via the phone and the team on the day. When we got back to our house after 7 long months it turned out that our mattress wasn’t on the lorry.
Unbeknownst to us our mattress had been written off and we only found out on the day of returning. The moving team weren’t happy to hear this and because the company offer furniture rental they managed to get our insurance company to agree to a rental until our mattress was replaced.
After moving all of our items in they drove back to the depot and came back after a 3 hour round trip with a mattress for us to sleep on that night.
The whole team went above and beyond through the whole process and I won’t be using anyone else to move us in the future.

Richard, James and 1 other were extremely helpful and made everything seem so easy. I was in total chaos but their professionalism gave me the confidence that I was in capable hands. Well done guys, really appreciate the challenges you faced. Lynn (Harrow)

Fantastic Service from beginning to end, made the move really stress free. Scott, Jamie, Mushin, Judain were all brilliant, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who is moving.

This move was arranged at the 11th hour under huge stress. Lauren should be congratulated for her proactive, calm efficiency. I am really grateful, and know that without her help and extra effort the move wouldn't have happened. The movers were so effective, polite, speedy, and really thought about what they were doing.
