Prompt delivery, good communication
Prompt delivery of the wine I ordered for Christmas. We haven't tasted it yet , so cannot comment on the quality but I have tried the wine before and I'm looking forward to opening it. I was kept informed about the order too. Which is much appreciated. Would buy from Perfect Cellar again

Good communication prior to purchasing…
Good communication prior to purchasing and I knew the packaging (fine wines advent calendar) was going to come across cheap (pouches inside cardboard boxes) but I'd been assured that this was to keep the cost down (still £199 for 24 x 100ml!) and that it wouldn't affect the quality of the wines. Maybe it didn't, but we're 10/24 in so far and none of them have been anything special. Unless there are some absolute bangers coming in the next 2 weeks I feel like the advent calendar (or rather the wines it contains) lacks variety and is massively overpriced.

They are designed to reduce the weight of the packaging and preserved the quality of the wines, There are high cost associated to repackaging the wines into the high quality pouches and based on customers feedback, we opted to include a good variety of wines this year.
