Quick and effective ordering and delivery. The product looks good, but I have not yet fitted it to the house.

Sign looks lovely on the house wall but the solar light is very intermittent. Im awaiting a reply about this. It seems faulty.

Product delivered on time. It is a smart and hopefully long lasting product which I look forward to putting it up.

Product exactly as I expected.easy to install and a perfect match of the door furniture.

Product turned up and is faulty - text not centralised and coating coming off around the edges. Have emailed and used live chat several times to ask about returning this and haven’t had a single response. This customer service doesn’t match what they claim on their website regarding returns. Total waste of money, avoid!

Ordered a sign for my house name. I specifically asked for capital first letter then lower case, but they sent it all capitals. When I raised a complaint there response stated they can't use lower case as the letters would be to fragile, which is just an excuse not to rectify this or send a refund. No where on there website does it say it must all be in capitals and using lower case letters doesn't change the thickness or strength of the letters. They sell very similar signs with tiny letters for the street name so what's the difference other than an lame excuse.
They don't answer the phone or respond to their web chat and only responded once to several emails I sent.
This company offers great value but zero customer service if they get it wrong. Good luck trying to get your money back...

After 2 days of no response, Perfect House Signs responded within 30mins of this post going live. They offered to remake the sign as requested (as it was possible) and send an image proof using the small (lower case) letters before they re-made it. Having already ordered a sign from an alternative company, I asked for a refund. In short they were happy to send a refund, but only 'after' I removed this post, which to me feels like blackmail. I care more about their behaviour than I do a refund, which these days is less than a round of drinks at the local pub or coffee shop.
This company really needs review their conduct and understand what customer service is.

The house number plaques look great. I'm very pleased with the finished look.

States it was dispatched 7 days ago with a 3-5 day delivery.

Still haven't replied to my queries as to where my product is

Looks good for the price. Not yet installed so I can’t say how easy that will be.

Not bad for the money posty left it in my shed, found after 12 days

Can't comment on the order quality as I have not received it, had a message from amazon shipping to say it had been returned to the seller. No response from customer services as to what happens now, it's personalised so apparently no refund, but I would still like my order that I have paid for.
