Very friendly and very knowledgeable
I've been to Performance M twice now. Once for a brake fluid service and then a minor service. Both experiences have been great and they certainly know their stuff. Very competitively priced. The racing sim in the waiting area along with free coffee add to the whole experience.

Went to PerformanceM on recommendation after getting fed up with BMW poor service and cartel dealer pricing . Have to say they were great ! Really friendly and knowledgeable! I waited whilst mine was serviced , coffee, tv and chat 👍 if you are worried about not going to BMW , don’t be ,they serviced with BMW parts and reset all Idrive requir ! Will be using again !!

Downpipe fitted f30 340
These guys fitted a downpipe for us and was very efficient and job was amazing!
They've also helped us with a handling kit for our 340 f30, deffo recommend these guys!

Best customer service for your M car
Since purchasing my M2 comp Performance M have looked after all the servicing and maintenance it has needed to date. Their customer service and care of the car whilst with them is second to none and while the cost of maintaining such a vehicle does need a deep breath sometimes I know that the prices they charge are fair and way below main dealer cost who lets be honest definitely don't have care of your vehicle at the top of their list.

They never ring you back when they say they will
Used this place a few times few years back probably spent around 7 grand on my last car in upgrades recently got a new car got some work done all good I wanted to go further on upgrades asked them for a price a few times I was expecting to pay around 7 grand as I wanted a bit doing got told I’ll ring you back with a price I never got that call back they do a good job but am not chasing people to give a lot off money too definitely need better sales people who will call good customers back bit dissatisfied in there customer service

Through their own pricing error they asked me to pay an extra £350 or they would not fulfil the order. They also had a 4 week lead time on the product and it will now take over a week to process the refund.
If you're happy to pay a company for a product they don't have and advertised at the wrong price then you're at the right place.
