Never use again
I placed an order, paid extra for next day delivery. 3 days......nothing, I have been ringing for 2 days every 5 minutes, nobody answers the phone, I rang this morning at 9.01am still no one answers. The two items ordered were a Fathers day gift and my wedding perfume. Both of which are now pointless. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never ever use again. I wouldn't be surprised if this company was a complete scam.

We're terribly sorry about what happened. That you didn't receive a response in time is our fault - the enormously embarrassing combination of our systems not working properly and the contact information on the website not having been updated.
Your order was never registered, which is why you didn't receive a confirmation email. At the same time, your PayPal account was booked - which is a serious technical issue we're now looking into.
You will receive a full refund immediately after the beginning of the business day tomorrow. At the same time, we will check with the warehouse if the products you tried to order are available. If they are, you will receive them for free. If they're not available, we will find another way to compensate you.
We are terribly sorry about it all. We'll do our best to fix the problem as soon we can.
Not a complaint to make 😀

very dubious at first never hearing of this company before but excellent, regular contact regarding my order and only a couple of days for my order to arrive. Definitely use perlago again.
