Would give 6 stars if I could. Our house sale was in danger of falling through until Michelle Murphy stepped in. It was her help and hard work that got us to where we are today. They well and truly earnt their money and I can't thank Michelle enough. Would happily use them again - though I have just moved into my dream home so don't want to move again 🤣

Perry Bishop in Faringdon have been amazing and warrant an even higher star rating in my opinion!
They helped me through the whole sale process with great advice, understanding and assistance. I would most certainly recommend their excellent services. Thank you all for work ethic and great customer service :)

We have no complaints regarding the Sale of our house through Perry Bishop, their part of the process was the most professional part . I do have complaints with the whole process in the UK however, over the years it has gone from a 6 week procedure back in 1982 to a 6 month process now. It is lengthy disjointed and stressful. I say this from a position of having bought in another country which had no loop holes and can be completed in 3 weeks, it is time the UK git its act together to make the whole process work better

Just purchased a property and found the service at Perry Bishop to be exceptional. Dealt with Stephanie and Jade who both did all that they could to help proceed the sale as quickly as possible. Both were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and were very knowledgeable and professional. We felt as though they were genuinely happy to help and pleased to be able to take the pressure off caused by solicitors delays. Would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.

The people who work at Perry Bishop have been so helpful through the sale of my parents property. It has taken a while since my mother's passing, they have been kind and considerate and alway looking out for our best interests. I would have no problem in recommending them, they are truly amazing. The staff (ladies) from the Stroud / Nailsworth branch did a great job with accompanied viewings. They were very kind and senstive to my mum following the loss of my dad (the reason for the sale of her home). They always kept me up to date with viewings and the proprty has now sold. Happy to recommend Perry Bishop.

We had one person dedicated to our house purchase which meant we were dealing with the same person all of the time. Jade was so supportive and helpful and kept in regular contact throughout the process. It made something so stressful feel less daunting just knowing the help was readily available. We would recommend Perry Bishop based on our experience.

THE BEST agent we dealt with when we went house hunting. Once the offer was accepted the Jade was our contact for follow up and chasing solicitors etc. Very efficient. Exchanged quickly and move in a month!

Shirley and the team at the Nailsworth office were excellent at keeping us updated throughout the lengthy purchase process,and despite acting as vendors' agents to us were far more proactive than the agents we used in Devon to sell our property.Certainly went "the extra mile" even after completion had taken place.Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team at Faringdon was great! They are very supportive and understanding, offering highly agile and customised strategies to market my property with their expertise and commitment. They worked really hard and professionally to prove their position as a leader of estate agents.

Very helpful and informative should have used PB when selling my home but had the pleasure of buying my new home from PB who could not have been more helpful when sorting this out
The only criticism would be that the agent who showed me around the property should have been more clued up on the house
That said everything else was clean sailing

Perry and Bishop did not have an easy task selling Our property as the market appears to be very fickle at the moment, however Perry and Bishop at all Times proved to be both professional and most helpful during the process I would like to thank especially Jades input and determination in completing this transaction thank you all at Perry Bishop
