After a lot of research, I ordered the Nano Elite Plus. I scheduled a customer service phone call, and the representative was incredibly helpful. The reformer was in stock and I received it quickly. The shipping packaging ensured the reformer arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to set up and it is wonderful! The reformer is solid and well-constructed. I cannot be more pleased with this purchase.

The communication between me and Personal Hour via email was prompt and very helpful as I had a lot of questions. I ended up ordering a floor model of the Zous reformer. It was ordered and delivered within 3 weeks. It was delivered in mint condition. Easy to set up as it was mostly put together.

Great updates after purchase on status of preparation, pick-up, and tracking shippment.

The delivery was excellent! The reformer arrives ready to go. What parts did add on are easy since I have been working on a reformer for close to a year.
The how to fold and unfold could use a better “how to” video. I need to figure out the pulley system when folding, that works for me.
I’m using the Personal Hour app for my workouts and I like them and once again easy to set up and follow.
My Zous Pro is an investment but it’s worth it. No driving time, no monthly fee, no hassles scheduling classes.

After returning an incomplete reformer that I received from another company which had no customer service phone number, I was much more thorough in choosing the next company and product. I was able to speak to a sales rep directly about the different reformers and decide which machine would fit my needs best. I am absolutely thrilled with my Janet Elite 2.0! Super quality and glides effortlessly. I'm in love!

I will be more than happy to update my review once I finally am able to get it into the house. Their delivery was horrible!!! It said it would be delivered on my driveway. However, they dropped it out on the street of my house. I watched them deliver it after the fact and they didn't even come to my door! Horrible!!! Personal Hour rethink your contract about delivery of your product. It reflects poorly on your company if your the company you have contracted with to deliver your product is HORRIBLE!!!

UPDATE- within less than a couple of hours of posting this, the company called me to see how this could be resolved. They hired someone to come over this evening and help get the reformer into my house. Amazing!!! Now that is OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I’ll be updating again when I get it put together and get to work out on it!! THANK YOU Personal Hour for seeing rectified!!

I’m very happy with the Janet 2.0. It is very nice and smooth and a nice addition to our home.

The box arrived and there was a note taped to it stating the box and the contents of the box had been inspected for quality assurance. My second day of trying the reformer I felt it dragging and noticed dust had formed on one side of the carriage. I found out that one complete side had all of its bolts missing and the carriage was scraping against the wood frame because it did not have its support that those missing bolts provided. I reached out with pictures and videos in an email and was told I’d receive the bolts, a hex key, and 2 extra bolts right away. Welp. They arrived and ended up being the wrong size bolts. So I reached out again with pictures showing the bolts were different sizes and was told the right sized bolts would be shipped that night. I haven’t been able to use the reformer I purchased for 2 weeks because of this and the disappointment is that I excitedly read the quality assurance note that was on the shipping box and ended up with something that does not back it up. Had the reformer arrived in the condition the quality assurance note stated it would, I know this would have been a different review. But missing bolts that are crucial to the functionality of the reformer and then being sent the wrong sized bolts is not a way to start a new experience with a company I am new to

Janet 2.0 Elite (in stock/black) ordered on 9/29, shipped on 10/1 and delivered 10/9/2025. Very quick turnaround. Exceptionally well protected/crated with no damage sustained. Couldn’t be happier. It is truly just lovely. Beautiful piece of equipment. Great customer service….courteous and timely. Inter-departmental communication needs to be tightened up so as to minimize confusion with email exchanges. White glove delivery service wasn’t quite up to snuff but given it’s provided by a third party supplier states away, Personal Hour can only control so much. One of the company execs called me (completely unsolicited) to ask my opinion of the level of service provided and asked my permission to address the issues I encountered with the White Glove provider. Can’t ask for more than that. Given these rather minor issues, would I order again? Yes, yes I would. Again and again and again.

Exactly what I was looking for, for an at home Pilates machine. Great quality, wish I would’ve done it sooner.

This is very well built-came 90% put together- it's so very quiet and I'm in love and used it within an hour of delivery.

This is my second reformer purchase and it went very smoothly. The price was excellent. The reformer is above and beyond. I want to spend every minute of the day on it. Shipping, handling and delivery were excellent. I love the foldable feature with this one!

Mostly assembled . A very sturdy carriage and the workmanship is beautiful.. Folds nicely, but only in the lowest leg height position, which puts it almost on the floor. If you want it up higher from the floor to use? Cannot fold it all the way.. I did not get any blue springs and trying to find a phone number to contact a human has not been easy.

We did not get what we ordered, despite the very high price of this product…
your representative, Mark, misrepresented, which we know now, what could easily be replaced, claimed that he did not have access to our order or information, which appears to be bogus, we're not happy at all, this is not a way to run a business. Very unhappy, and expect management to please reach out to us to resolve this immediately. Thank you.

Sturdy machine.

Great customer service. I had texted with questions before ordering and received a very quick response. The reformer came wonderfully packaged. Absolutely no damage. It was very easy to assemble and as quiet as promised . Very high quality and American made

I was very excited to find a reformer that is studio-quality and put together in the US. I opted for the Janet because it was on sale and available in a stunning color. I am an instructor and need a reformer at home to plan workouts for my clients, but wasn't ready to drop $4-5K for a reformer like those at the studio where I work.

So far, I am impressed with the Janet. She is very smooth and sturdily built. One thing that I will say is misleading is that the reformer is not actually maple, but rather laminated board that looks like maple. That's not a deal-breaker, but I wish Personal Hour would disclose that info. Also, I would prefer three heavy springs, one medium, and one light, rather than two light, one medium, and two heavy, as to be the same as the ones at the studio where I work. The platform is great but has taken some getting used to due to the difference in platform to footbar location compared to the BB reformers at the studio. But again, not a huge deal.

The upholstery job seems high-quality, as does the box. Although I don't plan to fold mine, it is quite easy to fold and move, which is a useful feature. Customer service was great through email, and I was pleased that they gave my husband a veteran's discount. All in all, I'm very pleased with this product, think it's a great value, and look forward to using it!

If you see that your product will ship through Estes, be aware that in my experience, there was no heads up that the shipment would arrive on a specific day, but if you call Estes they can help you to zero in on this info, which is helpful it you have to be out of the house.
