Great service - spoke to founder of company himself after a few issues to resolve them. Never been happier with a companies service. Recommend highly.

Writing this review to warn others of this company. I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for an order to even despatch and all of my emails about cancelling the order due to lateness have been ignored. If there are delivery issues, then all customers should be warned of this BEFORE money is taken. Otherwise it comes across like a scam - especially when you can’t get a reply from customer care. I’m always super hesitant to leave a 1 star review but in this case I feel it’s justified. I just want to warn other people before ordering! I’m so disappointed in the level of service received. Wish I could get my money back so I can spend it elsewhere… :(

My order is completely messed up. Some packs have 1 tablet inside some has 6.
Contacted customer service multiple times and I had no reply.

I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched, two weeks after I placed the order. The delivery was estimated at 2-3 working days. I have emailed customer service twice and sent a message on Instagram, I am still waiting for a reply days later.

Easy to order and fast delivery. I'm quite happy with that.

Super easy to find out the vitamins you need with the test and although it is a a little pricey compared to supermarket vitamins I would definitely recommend as it helps build routine as they come in little pouches and a bonus is the cute messages on. Would buy again

When trying to log in and cancel my subscription it simply will not let me and says I do not exist when I clearly receive packages every month. Not easy to use to be honest

This service is terrible to be honest I don’t even know where to start… I took the quiz and ordered the vitamins it said I “needed” in my life it’s been over 2 months now and they still haven’t arrived… they said there must of been an issue with the delivery which is fine these things happen but then they take another payment out of my account and have decided to ignore all my messages on Instagram if you are thinking of ordering I would strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

I am utterly livid with the services. I signed up for a free trial and tried to contact them to cancel but it wont let me. I tried to reach out to someone via Instagram, I have tried to "login" on the page and it says that my email isnt set up to an account YET they still email me each month and take money from my account. I do NOT want these vitamins, they have basically stolen my money for months and do not give me an option to opt out. I want all of my money reinstated. I was promised a water bottle too of which I never received. Bad service

I’ve used personalised for a few months and have changed my vitamin subscription since I started ordering with personalised I think it’s great that a company can cater to peoples needs and I think the prices are pretty reasonable
