Poor service
On the website, they promised a water bottle which I never received. Also, the packaging came through dismantled for me to assemble it myself. Not a happy bunny with their service so far.

They really need to put a safety control in to make sure that if you are taking prenatals the system doesn’t allow you to add other supplements which may be harmful to pregnancy.

Improved my daily life

I stopped taking them for a while just due to forgetting and getting out the habit and I did feel a negative difference. Have set a reminder on my phone as do think they help

Good quality products, less packaging than a few months back and great customer service. Only issue is I’d love for the sources of the vitamins to be listed on the website and whether they’re derived from nuts, milk etc. Specifically the B vitamin complex - but apart from that 10/10!!
