I started using personalised a few months ago vitamins arrived in good time no complaints there. Now my financial situation changed recently so I’ve had to make a few cut backs so unfortunately my vitamins was one thing I decided to let go

After browsing there website and my acount the only form of cancellation I could find was to schedule a feed back cancellation phone call ?

Now this phone call I never received so I have sent multiple e mails to them with no reply

I have messaged and commented on all there social media accounts and yet still no reply

I’m litterally stuck with no way to cancel my membership

This is ridiculous beyond belief

Company’s okay unless you wanna leave

Avoid at all costs

I am really loving Personalised Co. The vitamins are really good and so far seem to be giving me such a boost. I love that each little package of vitamins has a little quote or fun fact for the day and has my own name on it, just makes the packaging so cute and I get excited to read the fun fact each morning.

Unbelievably poor service! Emails can go unanswered for days. I cancelled my subscription but am yet to receive my moneys back. So no product (after the trial one, which I am yet to try) and no moneys returned either.
Person called Jess confirmed cancellation (that was done on time) and in the same email she asked why am I leaving them, yet did not bother answering my question on refunding the £30. I have sent more than one or two follow up emails since last week, so it really cannot be that mine have been missed.. I will wait till tomorrow before escalating to FOM.

I love the product, I have notice a change in my skins dramatically.
I love hope the products doesn’t change the drink I’m drinking in taste and consistency.. will continue to use the product abs would love to recommend to friends and family.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Inspirational quotes are a nice touch and start to the day. Having access to nutritionalist makes you feel supported in your decision of your prescription. The whole experience make you feel part of a wider community.

Great packaging, supplements are ready prepared in a daily pouch and fit into a snazzy dispenser applied. Too early to see any results, but so far so good

Had to have a phone call to cancel (bit dodgy in my opinion) and after scheduling that, I was never called. Tried emailing which bounced back, tried messaging on Instagram which never got a response so they continued to charge my account. Finally got through after about 5 days when my brother emailed them. Responded to him and refunded membership but still didn’t even bother to contact me!
