From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay with Personal Villas was absolutely perfect. The villa was stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The breathtaking views of St. Barts made every morning feel like a dream.

The team at Personal Villas was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of, from our arrival to local recommendations and arranging activities. Their dedication to creating a seamless and personalized experience truly stood out.

I can’t thank the team enough for making this trip so special. If you’re considering a Caribbean getaway, Personal Villas is the way to go. I can’t wait to book my next adventure with them!

We rented Zen Villa in St Barths.

The good: The Villa was pretty amazing. Stunning panoramic ocean views from high atop Pont Milou.
Overlooking Christopher resort. Villa was mostly well outfitted, full working kitchen. Open air living spaces, enclosed bedrooms that could be locked/secured, with AC for warm nights.

Could be better: The pool was cold, unheated, The jacuzzi only a little better, barely warm... we like it HOT and would have used it every night if it had been warmer. Nit picks by me-- Big pool deck and we often enjoyed drinks outside. Should have plastic drinkware. We were nervous using glasses at the pool. Villa had no beach accessories, no cooler, umbrella, or beach chairs. We went to the beach every day and expected to use these things.

Concierge and booking agent were all fine.
Breakfast was lovely with delicious fruit and croissants and coffee provided every day.

We would book this villa again

The villa has a great view and a nice setting.
The people on site are very nice and very helpful.
So is Jay, the booker.
However, many points tainted our stay:
- Pool is not heated (and we specifically asked for it, it was a deciding factore),
- Many windows do not have glass ... so a lot of little creatures ventured in our rooms,
- There was a problem with sewers that was only fixed 36 hours later.

Jay did a great job to get us a compensation for our troubles. He was the best.

But we won't go back to that villa wich is a shame because it has the potential to be a great place to have vacations.

From the moment I booked my villa, the Team at Personal Villas (Jay, Gerald, Victoria and Paul) were so attentive, professional, quick responding and most of all..provided VIP service. We were a large group and they provided information, details and answers to many questions that made our planning and stay wonderful and memorable!!! I will definitely use them again in future travels.

I would highly recommend Personal Villas. From searching for & booking the perfect villa, working with Gerald during the planning process, and Emilie taking great care of us during our stay everything was seamless. We always felt very well taken care of. Communication was excellent. 5 star service, cannot recommend enough. For reference, this was our 4th time in st barts, but our first time using Personal Villas. We’ve used Wimco once in the past, and would definitely recommend Personal Villas over Wimco.

What an amazing concierge service that was trustworthy, reliant, honest and so prompt in replying. Gerald and company took such good care of us prior to our trip and so accommodating during our stay. We felt at ease knowing that everything was done to make sure our stay as comfortable and enjoyable. The villa was beautifully maintained and staff was so helpful in addressing any needs and questions. Would definitely plan our next travels through here again. Thank you again for such a great experience!

The villa is gorgeous and the staff were so kind and welcoming that it was truly hard to say good bye at the end. The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The service was wonderful and my birthday dinner was so special!

The Experience was over the top. The Villa was immaculate and peaceful, the staff were welcoming, the chef made wonderful meals and any other arrangement was just a phone call away.

We stayed in Barbados....it was the best experience ....we should of stayed longer......but will again in the future.......

The villa location and views are absolutely amazing! The house staff exceeded all of our expectations. They identified our needs and catered to them with all smiles. The villa owner was also very involved to ensure our stay was memorable.

The concierge service is absolutely fantastic. The house was lovely and the view impeccable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. Kitchen has issues as it is enclosed with no fan or window and covered in mosquitoes. They need to fix that. Housekeeping was just so so. Not impressed. But overall, we loved Villa Heloa and the communication and help from Personal Villas

The home was beautiful and in a great spot- really well decorated, many spots to relax, plenty of space, and a kind staff (chef was great, even upping the kids mac n cheese). The team from Personal Villas helped organize from the minute I booked - activities, a boat, dinners, food. They also answered any questions I had or clarified when I didn't understand. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great accommodations for the 4 couples. Next door to a community tennis court and a great beach. Enjoyable pool, and security patrol at night. We very much enjoyed our stay. A bit of a climb to the upstairs master.

This Villa is wonderful. The staff and the reservation group was a joy to work with. The food was fantastic and the accommodations were first class. It's an old school Mexico experience which is exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely return!

Unbelievable vacation in this spectacular property overlooking the pool and the ocean with surf break right out front. This was our best vacation ever and will be returning. Rosio was our daily attendant and she was the kindest and sweetest woman ever. Her cooking was to die for and we loved having her help us.

The villa was beautiful. It felt like a luxury hotel. Having breakfast and cleaning services every day was amazing. Daniela was so helpful and helped us get reservations each night. Great for families and groups. Highly recommend

The villa was nice, however we experienced many problems when installed in it : 1/the Bedroom A/C was broken since the start and this has not been said to us at entrance, 2/impossible to lock the villa's door when we were out, and we've been offered no other solution than " don't worry St Barth is safe you can leave it open " ! 3/ last day the cleaning team has decided to not come - Too much for the price we paid I guess !!

As advertised and more! Reviews are amazing. The rooms are very clean. The kitchen is really well equipped. Giovanni, our concierge was very responsive and helpful. Ketta, the house cleaner is amazing and impeccable. The pool was lovely. My only comment would be that. The alarm is a bit sensitive in the pool. The house is so well laid out and lovely appointments. The patio/porch is such a wonderful place to hang out together, eat together, do jigsaw puzzles together, or just enjoy the beautiful sunset. The two beaches that are in walking distance are the best in the island in my opinion and I have been there many times. To your right is happy beach,. Clothing, optional, quiet, beautiful and happy! To your left is Friars beach complete with lounge, chairs, umbrellas, and food and beverage options. A bit more protected from the wind. Snorkeling is not as good there as it is on happy beach. With the effects of hurricane Emma still around you really have to go out a bit for the good snorkeling, unhappy beach to the corner. Enjoy your stay it’s hard not to! Thank you, Personal Villas.

The villa was immaculate and well-equipped with a million-dollar view and the perfect location! Good mattresses in spacious bedrooms, welcome coffee, and towels are provided. Walking down the path to Happy Bay Beach or Friars is a wonderful little hike to gorgeous beaches. The pool was cleaned frequently and was set at a perfect temperature.
Ketta is AMAZING. She offers to come clean daily and she is kind and thoughtful. Questions were answered promptly as needed. The complementary ride to the villa was delightful.

Mini improvements would be: having the pool alarm be less sensitive - wind would sometimes set it off, English instructions for the oven, and the downstairs bathroom door locks sticks and should be adjusted.
Overall, it was heaven. 5 Stars!

This was such an incredible villa. The views are spectacular and the property was beyond our expectations. The staff took care of all our needs with professionalism and courtesy. I travel to PV two or three times a year ,and this Villa is hands down worth every penny. Everyone in our group commented how comfortable the beds were. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely be back.
