After the pest treatment by a helpful chap who took photos of underneath the sink etc. two slightly older workers/gentlemen came from Beaver Pest Control and did perfect mouse proofing, a meticulous job and Rob came back to pull out and plug back in my washing machine afterwards, which they HAD reconnected after proofing behind strongly and everywhere else we could think of/find. The overhaul that happened when the company transitioned again From Optivo (formally Veridian housing) to Southern Housing has proved to be a great success! Coordinated by Justina at the helm. Profound thanks all who were involved in changing my life for the better by finally solving my reoccurring thirteen year long onslaught with mice entering my kitchen in this listed subsiding house on the first floor, my flat! While I was recovering from long term illness (which was interrupted recently by temporary grave illness) it's really helping me on the road to full recovery and my ambition to study part time towards Q. T. S and relinquish my purpose in life to return to professional singing and work as a music teacher in main stream senior schools.

Poor experience
We hired Beaver for mice control. I wasn’t impressed with the first report/result and voiced my concerns. Was told not to worry - the mice will go away. As expected, a couple of months after the mice is back, not even a couple of months - we suspect the mice was there during the holiday period as neighbours could hear things dropping even though house was empty. Beaver has said their guarantee has expired. I mean, for 240 pounds to stop mice for less than a month is as poor as it gets. Beware, especially with the two month guarantee as it means their solutions are very short term.

During that visit, only a single dropping was found, and a small entry point near the fridge was identified and sealed. Our technician completed a comprehensive assessment and took appropriate action to address the issue.
