This situation arose from a miscommunication during an out-of-hours call. The job was pre-booked for a specific time, but when your site contact called our emergency line, they reached the on-call technician, who doesn’t have access to other technicians' calendars. Unfortunately, this meant your site contact was given incorrect information, and our technician was then unable to gain access.
We’ve since reviewed the situation and spoken with you directly to apologise and offer a resolution. While we’re sorry we didn’t get the chance to put things right, we appreciate you taking the time to speak with us afterwards.

Easy and swift booking system through Beaver Pest Control.Had a great guy named Jeff. He turned up on time. I bombarded him with multiple questions in regards to mice. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He checked the rooms thoroughly, and did the necessary. All instructions were clear, and an organised post booking was arranged. Great service.

In a horrible situation (you've got a rat!), it's always an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone at Beaver. The guys turn up when they say they will, you get great advice and help, and problem resolved, all for a reasonable price. I have no connection to the business except as a customer, and I recommend them to everyone.
