Pest Control Supplies Avis 

After reading on facebook nothing but 5 star reviews? I was encourage to purchase x3 units at £40 each x2 at a discounted price of £20 each..plus £19 shipping cost...Found out after they are shipped from LITHUANIA..
So wasnt happy with that..
And then it got worse, As soon as i placed my order, I recieved an email stating my order was now on its way?
I then see other reviews about these ultrasonic pest devices, that warned not too use if your a migraine or tinnitis sufferer, which i suffer from both.
So i quickly emailed REPELLIO UK..And asked them to cancel my order and stating my health as the reason why?
This was about 1/2 hours after id placed my order,bearing in mind you get a 30 day warranty guarantee that if your not happy you can send them back for a full refund?..The response I got...
Give them a chance wait till they arrive and if your not satisfied then ship them back at my cost...The reason they wont give me my money back here and now?
They say that they process each order asap and that you have a window of 1hr, Which i was within that time frame..Yet sorry but your order is on its way..We cant stop the process...Wait till it arrives and then send it back..
Total rip off..SHAME ON YOU REPELLIO UK...Yours a very dissatisfied Mr Darren Millen.

We had a wasp nest on the corner of our house it was very scary as there was so many l was worried about calling someone out we were at our local park when a young man pulled up in a truck with an owl on the side saying country side services as he got out to walk his dog l said don’t suppose you do wasp nest he said yes and offered to pop round on his way back he came and looked at it and offered to do it straight away for a very reasonable price we were so pleased as my husband was tempted to go up a ladder and have a go not a good idea when your in your seventy s l would highly recommend Craig Morris countryside services very professional services thank you mr and Mrs Turner Durley Southampton .

previously I ordered products from them with no issue, however recently i wanna to order certain products which are out of stock and need some further information regarding the products. unlike last time they closed telephone customer service. only email to contact which they haven't responded in three weeks since i emailed them..... unacceptable............

Brought a scarrer for squirrels. One unit became faulty and despite numerous emails and phone calls over the last month they have failed to respond. Even their contact telephone (not 0800) has been changed and now directs you to a motor parts faculty. If there was zero rating they would of got that. Don't use this company.

I bought some dust mite smoke bombs from Pest control. They done the job brilliantly. But now I've noticed quite a few of the ghastly thing's around the house especially in the living room&bedrooms disgusting looking things. So although they done the job at the time unfortunately it hasn't stopped them altogether! 😞

Although a mistake was made with the order, the staff at the office were very helpful and with no fuss, sent the correct spray immediately without the need to return the incorrect product. Much appreciated.

No complaints about the service, however, I bought a rodent deterrent that plugs in. I have since caught three mice so it does not seem to be doing the job. A great pity as it seems a brilliant idea.

I have a four bedroomed house one of which is a dressing room. I have only had bed bugs in our main bedroom .. We have a massive bed the base is divided into four, two mattresses and a head board. I bombed all the rooms but only left if for two hours as per the instructions, opened all the windows, went to bed and woke up at 4 in the morning with a bed bug crawling across my bed.

Moved into the spare room .. Took both mattresses off the bed, separated the bed bases, and set off a bomb on Thursday, left all the doors and windows closed and didn't go back in until the next day, where I set off another bomb and left if all closed for 24 hours.

On Sunday, my husband and I put the bed back together, we found a couple of dead bugs on the bed, which we picked off (do not Hoover for at least 10 days) and threw out the window which we opened to let the smell out and some fresh air in.

So far so good, I am hoping those little buggers can't hold their breath for 48 hours.

If you do buy this product, which does seem to work, buy double the amount you need and after 10 days remember to through out your Hoover bag!
