Package came quickly

Bought mice poison as was being kept awake by the little blighters skittering about in the loft. After some consideration and checking effectiveness on other websites bought 2 different types and it seems to have worked in just a few days. Would have give 5* but I felt various quantities in different packs were either too small or too big and I thought cost of bait boxes were excessive. Most people using these products in lofts don't need to protect pets and kids - unless you habitually lock either in the attic!

The price ease of use of Web site and the lightning delivery was a joy to behold. Coupled with that was really effective use of technology to communicate the order life cycle right down to the hour delivery window. A prime example of how a Web business should be run.

I needed to capture a mouse, seen in a CCTV on a hedgehog feeding station.. it was not a rat, so would be better relocated.
So having seen a small mammal trap on you tube... found it here, ordered it. It turned up they day after.
4 days later I have relocated 4 wood mice into the woods... we are all delighted.

The lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and the products she recommended arrived by courier before 8.00am the next morning.

It is too early to comment on the efficacy of the treatment but I have every reason to expect it to be just as good as the service.

Caught my mouse within hours of setting the trap. Excellent product and would recommend to others with the same problem.

They send me a faulty item, I rang them and the lady after big apologies said they send me a new item on the same day, so the trap will be with me the next day, and the mouse trap arrived on the next day!! Very helpful and kind!! Unfortunately the trap not catch any mouse yet, but I hope that that will!! Thanks

Done the treatment on Saturday and now is Thursday. So far so good. Cant fault it.

The product arrived promptly and seemed to have been effective.

Next day delivery, since when the rats are eating four bait cubes each day.

Caught the mouse first time, had to move the spring to a lower position to make sure that the door closed every time, but this was easy to do

When I received my product the instructions were not clear, so I rang pest control supplies for help. They were brilliant, explain how to operate the device, gave me very good advice on our situation and I'm glad to say that advice help to resolve our problem.
