Shameful service fab food as usual.
Cabbage Hall Tarporley should be ashamed to allow waitress to chew gum during service as we experienced tonight how can you take orders and have banter with customers with chewing gum on your tongue

When asked to chase up the drinks water and wine ‘ the message back from the bar was that they were very busy and drinks would arrive when they arrive !!!

Well Niel and Sarah maybe it’s time to re visit this site such a shame . !!!!

The mains at Pesto are fab - can’t fault them - and great value for money. However I think their desserts are not good value, small and expensive.

Celebrating our daughters 16th birthday, so tea out at Pesto. The setting at the Cabbage Hall is beautiful but we were put on a table that was so close to the wall you had to slide into your chair and there was a big pillar up against our table. Young waitress served us.....no welcome, no smile and when I was looking for the wine list the waitress just stood there watching me, it was my 16 year old daughter who picked up another menu with the drinks on the back. We finally ordered our meals and only 6 turned up. When I said 3 are missing, another waitress brought them over and apologised. Our waitress came back and said, 'that wasn't my fault, the system didn't except the full order'. What??? She never once asked if the meal was ok or if everything was ok for us. The meals, some were tasty but nothing amazing. The chicken skewer was as dry as a bone and not worth ordering. The deserts were average but my husbands sticky toffee pudding was a joke. It looked like a processed child pudding that was gone in two bites and just tasted of a dry sponge, the sauce was just sweet but no flavour. The scoop of ice cream should have been described as a teaspoon of ice cream. We ordered coffee to finish our meal, my husbands was freezing. He wouldn't let me request another coffee as we already felt quite neglected. Asked for the bill at the same time and even though the waitress acknowledged the request, she continued to take new customers orders and it took some time to get her attention again. When we asked again for the bill, there was no apology for the wait. The night was an experience that I wont be repeating.

Went to my local pesto for a well deserved valentines meal as both of us have been on the front line during Covid .Was seated at 8.15 pm ,started off very good polite staff ,and starters and first drink served ok, but after that total disaster .Mains turned up at 9.50 pm after 3 Attempts asking where our mains were !!!!We we’re firstly told there was a problem with one of the dishes we had ordered .When tapas turned up it was 3 short so had to wait for all dishes to arrive to start eating .To be fair to one of the waiters he acknowledged our food had not been put through after starters ,Wrecked a nice night out !!!!!!!!!

Birthday meal @ Cabbage Hall - Absolutely fantastic evening - the staff were fantastic especially our server who put up with the million requests and changes we made - food was amazing and came out promptly - Gluten Free was accounted for and all in all what a brilliant night! Can't fault at all =)

This is our second visit to Pestos at the Trafford Centre in Manchester.

The staff are always welcoming and extremely helpful.

The Italian tapas options are amazing. 3 portions for £10.99!! You really cannot beat that if you fancy a bit of a variety.

We love Pesto, it's one of our favourite restaurants.

Our local branch is at the Dickinson Arms in Apply Bridge, Wigan.

Fantastic food, lightning quick service and a reasonable price. The staff are always really welcoming too.

We visited ‘the Yacht’ branch earlier today having been customers some twenty years ago.
We were fortunate enough to be served by Neill who led us through the menu(s) with knowledge and good advice.
Suffice to say “we will be back” with Neill’s impeccable advise and a very varied menu as they say ‘what’s not to like’

My daughter and I visited Pestos at the Axe and Compass Wolvey for afternoon tea. While the selection of bruschetta toppings were really nice we were not impressed with the cake selection or presentation - very disappointing. I wouldn’t go there again for afternoon tea. The pub itself however is really nicely set out and has lots of ambience.

This is genuinely the nicest meal we have ever had. The staff were extremely attentive and polite, especially Luis Miguel. Every dish we had ordered was delicious. This is our third trip here and it has been consistently impeccable. Its not often I write reviews, but this certainly deserved one. Thankyou very much Pesto Trafford Centre.

Pesto Trafford centre
I sent a complaint within minutes of leaving I was acknowledged and told I’d receive call about my experience but never did! I went with two friends on Saturday 10th Oct
I usually love pestos but this just put me off, awful service, the food tasted days old and couldn’t eat it, opted for table service did not receive! Was there for two hours!! Ignorant staff and we spent £60 will never go to this restaurant again all I want is my money back

I hadn't been to Pesto, Bromborough since March and as a 'shielded person' I was concerned about what measures they had taken, I needn't have worried. They have considered everything. The food was good as ever and we shall definitely be going back.

First time we have been to any Pesto Restaurant. The Trafford Centre did not disappoint. The menu options were clearly explained. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was superb. I do not use that phrase lightly. All the dishes were warm on arrival and presented with a smile by our waitress, Zuzzana. Highly recommend a visit.

AWFUL: We went this morning to the Pesto in Bromborough expecting to have a nice breakfast but this was not to be. I had been given a £30.00 voucher for my birthday and three of us went to enjoy a enjoyable start to Sunday . The lady serving us was very pleasant and helpful but firstly the place was totally empty! Then when the “ traditional breakfast “ arrived it looked as if it had been sitting on the counter with the heat lamp on it for hours. The bacon was hard , the scrambled eggs looked like they had been made s good few hours before and had been sitting in a container , the mushrooms again where stewed again like they had been sitting in a pan for hours and the baked beans when , well I would not serve my local rat the beans, disgusting. Then when it came to paying the bill using the £30 voucher they refused to re-credit us the change off the bill with another voucher which would have been only 5.50 , they said it was NOT company policy to do this , the waitress said oh why don’t you fill up on coffee to the amount of the voucher.. NO .. NO we had had enough coffee thank you.. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE , awful awful!!!
