This was a rip off. I ordered the custom portrait whiskey bottles. My order looked like the pictures were printed off a printer and glued on. The company also claims they are in the US, my order came from China.

Awful company. I had emailed a few times to try & get tracking information, it was a gift for my son's birthday & I needed to be sure it would arrive in time. They sent me an invalid tracking number. In the end, after the 5th email, I contacted them via PayPal & strangely enough, I received a reply immediately & had the correct tracking number sent.
The rug arrived today. It is absolutely AWFUL.
I believed, from the website description, that I was getting a hand made, tufted rug. In actually fact, I received a cheap looking rug with my furbaby PRINTED on.
Areas of the rug are missing colour. As my cat is a black & white tuxedo, it's very noticeable that there are errors.
I am so disappointed.

I recieved a rug that has nothing to do with the file I send them. Four mails went unanswered. Stay clear of that company, absolutly cant recommend, at all!

Same issues as have been widely reported - the "tufted" rugs I received were anything but - they were cheaply dyed/printed/painted on the top layer of a very thin rug. Beginning the headache of disputing the charge with my credit card company as many have detailed their return/refund policy requires shipping back to China which is liable to cost more than the purchase price.

scam product, recieved the rug which is almost laughable at the quality. nothing like shown on the website and asked for refund but need to send it back at a stupid cost. DO NOT USE

Ordered a personalised dog rug, they advertise this as individually designed and hang woven. However the item I received was a cheap cream rug with the top layer of fibres dyed. This means as soon as the fibres ‘move’ they show the cream underneath colour and the rug looks patchy.

I have requested a refund but they will only do this if I return the item at my cost to China, which will cost me more than I paid initially. And the person I bought it for still doesn’t have their Christmas present.

They are misleading, providing poor quality items and then failing to provide any kind of helpful resolution.

absolute scam of a product looks nothing like what they advertise on their website it is utter garbage and at £60 for the product you get a real kick in the teeth when you open it.

I bought this as a personalized gift expecting it to be of high quality as they illustrate on their website it is cheap garbage and i was genuinely embarrassed when i opened it.

tried dealing with their customer services they have offered £6 and no return information. so if you are thinking about chancing it don't look at their website reviews you will see all they disappointed people

They dont even deserve the 1 star I had to give them. This company is fraudulent. They show images of Tufted rugs being made with individual coloured strands of wool to create the portrait of your pet and show a high quality product but what you actually get is a cheap and nasty chinese product that's not woven but poorly printed just on the very surface . Their Customer service team are rubbish. They accepted responsibility but would not rectify it (probably because they cant actually do what they offer on their website. Avoid at all costs you have been warned you will only be extremely disappointed with the outcome and then be expected to pay for the shipping to send it back. I have also done a tiktok review if you want to see the pile of %$$# they sent out it got over 1k views in just a few hours.
