Made a claim request took over 3 weeks…
Made a claim request took over 3 weeks for them to tell me insurer wont pay out which was fine this could have been said at the start instead of a big waste of time, issue I had is that I constantly had to follow up doing the admin work for my own policy rang 1 time and I was told the reason there is no update on claim is because medical history sent by my vets to them was blank I asked did you follow up to ask for them to resend he said no like stupid carry ons

Very easy to sign up
Very easy to sign up and pay for the policy. However this is no indication as to how they handle claims etc.

Easy to navigate online system. My wife worked for Allianz for the past 38 years, unfortunately Paula passed away on the 7th of April this year.

waiting now for 3 weeks for a response other than automated responses that state they will reply in 10 days. have sent them all the supporting documentation they requested. I would not be using them again

No payout!! From JAN TO APRIL awaiting a response!
We put a claim in in January 2025. IT IS NOW APRIL!! They emailed Sunday saying they are not paying out. My dog tore her ACL and suddenly starting lifting her paw. They have said it is not accidental. How can this be the case? Will have to take the matter further if it is not resolved.
Vague email with definitely no knowledge of the case. Both Village Vets in Clonsilla and Village Vets Rathfarnham, where the operation was completed, said it is accidental and helped us fill in the forms.
Very frustrating process!!! I am getting emails from them and have to tell them they are emailing me the client and not the vets, when clearly the email is for the vets. Very poor handling of the case. This has been going to and fro for the past 3 months. It takes days and weeks for any response.
I have sent an email appealing and the automatic email says "we will respond to your enquiry within 10 days. To help us respond as quickly as we can, please do not resend your enquiry or call to check the email has been received, as this will cause futher delays-Davies Group". Extremely slow responding company!!
Please do better. This company was highly recommended by the vets. Such a pity it didn't live up to the standards I expected.
