As always, my border terrier Rupert was thrilled to bits to see Jon and Sue. I feel 100% confident and ease going away leaving him in their care. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would be lost without them. Sorry about the glee Louise when you arrive Sue and Jon.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Arrived on time. Extremely courteous and professional. Carried out the testing in great time and kept me informed all the way through. We have used PatPals many times and will continue to do so.

Further to reply from Petpals - I received a phone call from Holly via petpals due to my feedback below. I confirm that I did not receive any contact via text as stated to Holly yesterday 3.3.26. Yesterday was the first contact received by phone call

Contacted petpals stockton to enquire about boarding pet care in May 2026.
This was via the petpals website and 2 weeks ago.
I am disappointed to have not had a reply even to say that they could not accommodate.

Mon is amazing! Not only knows how to manage and love dogs in equal measure - and she loves/loved my dog(s) and I feel totally confident and relaxed when she is with my precious cargo!

Kinney loves his weekly walks with Monique. He’s a big , dog reactive boy and I’ve always been concerned about a dog walker coping with him out and about but Monique has his measure and he’s always very excited for his walk (and fishy treats)

Monique has been walking my pups for almost 7 years and I could not recommend enough. She’s also looked after them when I’ve needed to travel for work.

She is amazing with my two and they absolutely adore her.

She loves all the puppers she walks like they are her own, taking such good care of them and I would recommend her to anyone.

Anyone looking for a reliable, caring and genuinely nice person to look after their fur-babies, Monique is hands down the best in the business.

If you are lucky enough to have Monique walk your dog then your pet will be loved and cared for beautifully. Monique is amazing

I have been using pet pals for well over 10 years and I wouldn’t be without them. My girls adore them and I know they are in safe hands.
A few other dog walkers have started up locally but I won’t change. I trust Paul and Helen 100%.

Absolutely delighted that I found Sue and PetPals Chichester! I felt a little nervous about letting someone in my home to look after my two cats when away but as soon as I met Sue, all the concerns vanished! I can highly recommend Petpals to look after your pets and your house when you are holiday, Sue is such a lovely lady and cannot sing her praises enough. My two big dogs, which can be a bit challenging to walk and my daughters hamster were so well look after, with pictures and updates everyday, this made us relax and enjoy our holiday knowing they were being cared for liike we do. It was so nice to get home and see how happy and cared for they were, I think they secretly miss Sue, I have already booked in for our next holiday.

Petpals have been walking gorgeous George since we first adopted him 7 years ago. He absolutely has a blast, he loves going out with them, we are sometimes in the house when he is picked up and see the excitement on arrival or return!

The team are all super friendly and do their best to be mega flexible. We don’t do every week but use when I have long travel days for work or back to back meetings or when we are away and don’t want to ask my elderly father to take on too much walking. The Petpals team have been there and flexible
when we’ve had major family health crisis and are just the loveliest bunch h to entrust our furry child with. Thanks Sam and team 🥰🐶🐾
