Avoid PetPost
Avoid PetPost - this review and many others show the same issues of taking money, not fulfilling orders and not bothering to communicate - repeatedly.
They took payment for an item they didn’t have, left the order sitting untouched for over a week, and only disclosed the issue when I chased them.
The product had already been discontinued, yet it was still being sold.
Their explanation was that the order hadn’t even been looked at after a week..
This isn’t a delay - it’s a breakdown in basic business operations.
Selling unavailable stock and holding customer funds without communication is unacceptable.
My favourite online store for pets
I love the quality and variety of their products. Pricing is good too. The communication from placing the order to delivery was excellent. I’m now setting up regular deliveries to get even better prices.
PetPost deserve more stars
PetPost deserve more stars. I had a repeat delivery happening and had to return the food after one of my cats sadly passed away and the other went off this particular brand. They refunded me all the food before I had returned it, including old orders, and said I could either return the food offering free postage or donate it to a pet shelter. This is awesome service! Totally recommend

I rated this an excellent company after several purchases. They offer quality product, lowest prices, great customer service, free postage to my area with very prompt delivery in sturdy packaging. I now rate them above excellent due to my last order with one mix up made by me and one by them. They not only sorted both issues out quickly and in a friendly manner, the replacement item arrived within 36 hours. Additionally, Vanessa L and Brooke T went beyond their duties to assist me with the technical problems I was encountering on my end. They both have excellent communication & problem solving skills and were very patient in taking all the time required to answer my many questions. Our pet supplies will all be from Pet Post in the future. I recommend this company highly on product, prices, customer service and especially their after sales service.

Excellent customer service from Shelley very helpful. Pet post is the most reliable and affordable option for my diabetic baby’s needs I have been saving at least $30 on each order and the delivery is always on time.
I have received all of my PetPost…
I have received all of my PetPost orders very quickly, and their products are priced competitively. I'm leaving a 5 star review for customer service because there was a mix-up with my order - mostly my fault - and customer service was helpful with sorting it out. I appreciate that they have a dedicated customer service number and someone actually picks up the phone promptly, unlike other major online pet stores. My only criticism is that they should enhance their website to enable a customer's main profile to have a shipping address, which will prevent the need for customers to update shipping addresses for all repeat orders individually, which can lead to oversights (as was the case for me).
Petpost are dodgy
Petpost are dodgy, never gave me updates regarding my parcel was rude on the phone and refused a refund. I never recied my parcel even when I ordered it over a week ago. I was supposed to recieve it today, and Australia Post stated it had been delivered, but when I followed it up it had been returned to sender.

Atrocious Customer Service
Atrocious customer service.
First repeat order now at 8 days without any updates. Several attempts to contact Pet post with zero communication back. This is our 3rd and final order with them.
Customer Service is Useless
Had 1 successful order. Then subscription was due and the website would not let me login to change it nor change my password. Webchat is useless, a human takes ages to get back to you and the issue is not resolved. I am cancelling it all and will shop elsewhere. They literally have zero effective customer service, which in today's era is ridiculous. Management needs to look at this as it seems like they lose customers often.
Website details not honoured
Unfortunately I believed what is on website stating they were selling an updated product line but they sent me an outdated product - I won’t trust the website again and despite contacting customer service there was no response to my complaint - thankfully plenty of other good pet sites to choose from
Worming pills, Big bag dry food....pet post have been really good very happy once i order it not long after that it's on its way very impressed I'll always return back to buy my kids what they need.

POOR POOR SERVICE over 3 days to pic an order almost 2 weeks to get order not showing on their website I placed an order Rang customer service very rude no help and told them my cat needs kd as he is unwell they well go buy from your vet why when I have brought from you we can't go any faster that your problem

Ordered goods over a week ago. Australia Post confirmed pick up of parcel nearly a week after I ordered. Not good enough when other companies who are just as busy, can deliver within days.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I made a purchase online and it was pending shipping for a week. When I contacted the customer support team, they asked me to pay again despite showing evidence that I had already purchased the item and had been charged for it (with evidence provided).
Oddly, they asked me to pay again without investigating on their side. Unfortunately I've now have to pursue a chargeback which can take up to 90 days to receive my funds. Overall, avoid ordering from this company.
