Pet Runway Avis 

Ordered 2 collars for my puggle and when the first one was delivered it was too big. Emailed Pet Runway to ask for exchange and they sent me a smaller one with a freepost envelope to send back the return. I dealt with Stewart who was the most helpful person and nothing was too much trouble. I have bought from them before and I have to say their customer service is second to none, a rarity nowadays. They are prompt, efficient and professional. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I found the medium collar to be too big and the small too small I did measure properly.

I was very happy with the speedy delivery of the small collars that I ordered ... they arrived overnight. The cost was reasonable too. The only gripe I have is the website is not as easy to use as it could be. Looks good but updating orders and placing an order is a bit laborious

I applied for the above collar, having to guess the size as its for a rescue dog which is coming over from Croatia and hasn't arrived yet. I felt the collar Was possibly too small, so emailed the company.

Stewart replied promptly and asked me to return it for a replacement larger size. He must have arranged to send out the new one on immediate receipt of the other as it arrived two days after I sent off the first.

Fantastic prompt and courteous service, a pity I don't need collars every day!

I ordered a collar and lead for my Golden Retriever through Pet Runway. They came within a couple of days, are beautifully made and came with a hand written note thanking me for ordering. I will definitely be using Pet Runway and buying Salty Dog products again in the future.

A really first class product. This is the 3rd one I have bought. Pet Runway included a fun size bag of Haribos, which was brilliant added value. Arrived very promptly too

Lovely quality stylish collar arrived in very quick time. Very satisfied

Photographs shown and measurements provided a bit misleading compared to actual product. Item in website photograph shows base cushion as being double sided and with centre button, suggesting cushion is removable, can be reversed and can be removed for washing. In actual fact base cushion is not removable and has no centre button albeit in all fairness, advert does not state this. Measurements and description provided suggest the Xtra large dog bed ordered to be more substantial and bigger than product received. Time alone will tell if the bed purchased is fit for use and how well it stands up to regular use and laundering. Upside is that dog seems to like it!

The collars are beautiful. They are bright and really snazzy, I love them and will certainly buy them again. The cats like them too!!!

Found the collar and disc to be of high quality and not to over blingy looks good on our little dog had good comments .Had our dogs name engraved on disc lettering needs to be bigger otherwise no problems

No problem with the service, prompt and as the spec. But it was far too big for our cat so perhaps you could give measurements or make them in different sizes.

The customer service at Pet Runway was awful. It was only when I phoned the supplier, Creature Clothes, that I found out what was going on and had the collar delivered. The dog collar was of good quality. I would go direct to Creature Clothes next time.
