A big thank you to Stewart for helping me out with a replacement collar & lead set. I needed a Chihuahua collar & lead set for our puppy dog walking classes. The set I order wasn't in stock! Wanted something a bit different and pretty for my 10 month staffy at a reasonable price and found it after much searching at Pet runway it arrived quickly too.

I had to contact the company twice - as I hadn't had confirmation of dispatch. Firstly, the item wasn't in stock when I ordered it - it arrived, with them, a few days later (there was no mention of this at the time of ordering and my payment was taken immediately), and then, once I was assured that the item had arrived with them and I would be receiving a 'confirmation of dispatch that evening; it didn't arrive. When I queried this, I was told it was a 'system glitch'.
The experience wasn't terrible, the contact person was most helpful and polite; the item was as described - but I doubt I will be buying from here again; unless I can't get an item elsewhere.

My items arrived nice an early and the personnel touch with wrapping up individually and quality was great
