Great no problems at all, the therapist was very nice and professional. Good bedtside manner. She evaluated me and my pets very well. I don't feel that they would just let anyone make a pet at ESA.

I had a disappointing experience with this service.
In my personal experience, the doctor seemed distant and not very engaged during the appointment. The session started later than scheduled, and I was informed about the delay in a way that made it feel like a normal occurrence.
During the consultation, the questions felt very structured and somewhat impersonal. I didn’t feel that my answers were fully acknowledged. At one point, I became emotional, and while I understand that appointments can be time-limited, I personally felt that my emotional state was not addressed.
After the appointment, I reached out with follow-up messages but did not receive a response, which added to my frustration.
Based on this experience, I decided to request a refund, as I felt this service was not the right fit for me.

I had an appalling experience with the…
I had an appalling experience with the provider at 925-264-9739. As a long-time ESA user who recently switched to Pettable, I am shocked by the utter lack of empathy and medical ethics displayed.
The doctor was dismissive from the start, showing what felt like blatant bias against my Asian accent despite my clear communication. My attempts to explain my symptoms were met with cold silence. After a flat denial without any clinical justification, I asked for an explanation. He simply stated he 'wouldn't explain anything' and abruptly hung up on me.
This interaction was so traumatic that it triggered a physical relapse of my condition, including severe anxiety and vomiting. This individual lacks the basic humanity and professional courtesy required for healthcare. Avoid this provider at all costs.

I found their services and offerings via a Google Search and was pleasantly surprised to find their website was easy to navigate and find answers to all my questions prior to signing up.
