I ordered dog supplements from Petwell South Africa over three weeks ago. Payment was processed, but the products have not been delivered. I have emailed multiple times with no response, and the address listed on their site appears linked to a deserted mall location. Attempts to call have yielded strange or unclear information. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is unacceptable
It seems like I have fallen for a scam as well - R1,500 on the 10th June 2026, and all I have is a message from the chatbot.
It feels like I have been scammed. Ordered on 4 June to date no product no refund. Please be careful guys, read the reviews before paying online. Petwell replied once or twice on email but nothing to show for it. I believe Petwell SA is not legit. Will see if my refund comes through then might change this review. Lets see.

I placed an order 29 May 2026 . Nothing came. Followed up the next Wednesday; was told its almost ready for shipment. The following Monday I emailed again; was told someone will contact me...nothing. emailed again today....complete radio silence. I think I have just been scammed out of R2099

I was all ready and set to purchase the probiotic chews 1 x tub for R599 until I saw the delivery charges of R170 - HOWEVER, if I purchase for more than R600, no delivery charges!! WTF?
Thát just erked me... honestly, why not offer first time buyers free delivery charges and from their on, if the product works as well as I want to believe it does, I will, without a doubt, purchase bundles in future...

We got the chews for tummy support but noticed something unexpected — our husky’s coat got glossier and less flaky
My pug suffers terribly during change of season – itchy skin, sneezing, the works. Since adding PetWell probiotics to his diet, the scratching and licking has calmed down a lot. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s clearly helping support his system. Happy with the results so far.
I had high hopes after reading all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, PetWell didn’t work for my dog. We gave it a fair try for just over three weeks and saw no change in his digestion or scratching. He also wasn’t too keen on the taste, which made it a struggle to give daily. I also reached out to support with a question and didn’t hear back for a few days, which was frustrating. Maybe it works for some, but it didn’t help our situation.
