Please don't believe most of the reviews I believe some of them are just hating or trying to ruin this company.. I am living in Vietnam and I ordered their product and it came in one piece and my Shiba Inu loves their vitamins. I originally bought the vitamins for my mini Frenchie but she was allergic to them and I told pupganics and they fully refunded my money which I never asked for.. this company cares about what they do for dogs and not just do it for greed. I would recommend this to anyone and I will still continue to purchase products from them. 5/5.

I placed an order in April and am yet to receive, after many many emails, most I’m sure where answered by AI as they simply didn’t address the question I asked, I’ve been told that it’s a failed delivery. The issue is that we live in an apartment with 24 hr security that receive parcels on our behalf, I can assure you that no delivery was ever made and no contact was ever made. Now they are refusing to refund. The customer service is pathetic.

Chocco, my beautiful Desert Dog, has his life back
My dog had so many skin issues before starting Pupganics. Hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills which was very discouraging. Finally found Pupganics after doing tons of research and decided then to pair it with the long term meds Chocco was on. We have now safely weened him off the meds and he is solely on Pupganics for two months and we could not be more happy. His gut health really improved and he is his old self. Thanks Pupganics. We are truly grateful 🙏

Simply lovely
Customer service was excellent as I took a while to receive my delivery. The products also caused a major decline in the itching and skin issues on my dogs. I am currently on my fourth order and have started introducing to other pet parents.

I hate to add to the negativity
I hate to add to the negativity. But I've got to report when wrong is wrong.
No delivery of my package.
No customer service number to call.
No answer to emails.
When the email was answered, half answered and with inappropriate links!
The company did great on acquiring my interest, marketing was great, and they convinced me to try to heal my dog with their pills.
They are clearly not able to deliver.
