Great Planter and So Cute

Bought this planter for my mum - she absolutely loved it! So cute and great quality. They also had such a range of different breeds - I am thinking of getting one myself!

Perfect gift

The product looks like our dog however…

The product looks like our dog however it’s extremely flimsy and not fit for to plant anything in. I am now going to put in bin as don’t see to get refunds. Will never them again.

My order arrived damaged

My order arrived damaged. It doesn’t fit together and I would be worried trying to force it. I paid extra for a name tag that comes separate with double sided sticky pads to apply it. The black was all scratched and one eye brow wasn’t attached at all.
I have emailed and asked for a refund. You keep telling me you’re sending me a replacement but it’s not what I asked for.
I live in Scotland and this would blow away within a day. I have been advised by your team to stick it together with glue or use it inside.
I’ve now asked 3 times for a refund and next step will be the bank.
Ps double sided sticky pads outside in the uk is not going to work.

Improved customer service

After being disappointed initially and giving an honest review the company got in touch and gave me a £5 refund and sent a new planter.

Very pleased with my recent purchase, my first purchase was a spaniel planter and my second purchase a ginger cat planter.Will be sure to order again in the near future, they make excellent gifts too.

Product was not as expected and I have…

Product was not as expected and I have been unable to obtain a return address for refund. Their policy states no quibble refund and no shipping costs. I was offered a £5.00 reduction and then an £8.00 reduction. Final offer was for a replacement product of my choice if I covered shipping costs. Despite numerous emails I have been unable to obtain a refund.

Cockapoo Planter

Took a little longer to be delivered than expected but delighted with our planter, pack well & easy to assemble.
Our friends & family all commented on how cute it was.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered my planter as saw the 'no-quibble' returns policy. I was not happy with it, just wasn't what I expected. Can I return it without hassle.....can I heck. They want me to pay £15 to return it, when the post office tell me it will be £4.95 maximum.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, and suggest they take a long hard look at what they promise, and what they actually offer !

This was bought for me as a Christmas present and was a complete surprise. It is absolutely perfect and took no time to put together. I have since bought one for my mum for Mother’s Day and she is very pleased with it too.

Gift for dog lover and gardener

Wanted a gift for a friend who loves her dog and garden. Thought it would be a super gift and it was. I had the dog tag name made as well, which was the icing on the cake for her. It arrived, well packaged, and with in the delivery time given.
