Amazing product

Amazing product, I ordered the Border Collie and I love it, very well made and it looks amazing, I can't wait to get it planted up with summer flowering bulbs. Have shown it to friends and neighbours and all have given a very positive reaction to it. Can certainly recommend this product

Promt service. Brilliant product.
A little smaller than expected, but still beautiful. I bought mine for a friend's who recently lost their doggy. They put his ashes in the planter along with his collar.

Quick to fix delivery problems

I bought 3 of these for family gifts and when I received them one of the parts was broken. I was quickly shipped a replacement part which ended up being the wrong size.
The agents were very quick to respond and resolve the issue and we now have the replacement in hand. Great products and service

So i dont like the items received

So i dont like the items received, they are refusing to refund under their very own no quibble refund policy. Absolutely shocking company, have been trying for over a week to return items and get a refund !!

Great novelty gifts

Absolutely love the two customised planters I ordered and received of our two Ruby King Charles Cavaliers.
I originally ordered a small and medium, but upgraded to two medium with no hassle. All changes to the design were completed very quickly and the team very helpful.
Very easy to put together, and they look great. Not sure how sturdy they will be outside in the wind, they might end up being inside planters.
Tracking was great to use and they arrived on day (came all the way from China, only to be left on our doorstep by Royal Mail ! Luckily we were on our way home).
For a novelty gift to cheer up a dog lover, these are great.

Would not even give it 1 star my partner bought me a dog planter as a present when the planter arrived I was shocked with the poor quality of the item I email petwithhome on numerous occasions i ask for a refund because on the site it clearly states if not completely happy we will give you a full refund but that was not the case I first got offered £5 discount numerous times I refused then i emailed again and sent them a screenshot of there refund policy but then they offerd me £10 I rejected and said no I would like a full refund they then said it would cost me to much money to send it back even though it said free returns? On there site in the end I accepted because I was getting nowhere I feel robbed and upset by this company and I see from the other reviews a lot of customers have had the same problem ,would not recommend and tell people to stay clear of the poor quality rubbish playing on animal lovers purse strings also they should be investigated by Facebook who let's them advertise shoddy merchandise with false terms and conditions

Easy to purchase
Beautiful selection of different breeds of dogs and colours.

Arrived flat packed...easy to put together....does unfortunately keep falling apart and we've had to buy some extra strength super glue to glue it together.
But overall it's beautiful

Good solid product

Was delivered in time for Christmas. Sizing quite small, so I'd recommend the largest one, but easy to put together & does what it says on the tin.
Not amazing quality, but for the cheap price you wouldn't expect it to be.

I was bought one of these from my dog loving boss so then bought one for my dog loving friend.
It went down a storm. So cute and I love that they can be personalised.great gift idea.

I bought a Bernese planter for my Nan…

I bought a Bernese planter for my Nan for Christmas, I was very hesitant after I saw it was coming from China after I placed my order. Luckily it come in time and was as expected. I went for the medium size and it could fit a small plant in. I would buy another. The material is lightweight and easy to put together, not sure how long it would last outside.

Awful quality

Took over three weeks to be delivered. It’s such poor quality that I couldn’t give it as a gift anyway. It would blow away in the wind so it’s essentially pointless. 5 requests for a refund despite saying they have a ‘money back guarantee’. First offered £5 compensation, then £10, then £12 and have now ignored. They delete all reviews given under 4 stars on their site.
