Phil the owner is very experienced in designing kitchens- he has so many really good ideas and suggestions. I changed my mind a few times over some details and nothing was a problem for him. Although he just supplied my kitchen he visited my house during the installation to check the work. The kitchen looks superb and I am completely satisfied.

Jay our installer was a true craftsman with an eye for perfection. Very clean and tidy and he did a few extra jobs for us at no extra cost. His skill level is far superior to a run of the mill installer as he fabricated on site several bespoke items that you just would not be able to get from the national companies.

Communication throughout the process was excellent, with phil paying regular visits to site during the installation, making sure we where happy and that everything went smoothly. Any minor issues or queries we had were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

The professionalism and friendliness I have experienced from Phil @ PGN Kitchens in Altrincham, has been exceptional.
Phil’s patience and expertise in guiding me through the design process of a new kitchen cannot be overstated with his common sense, non-pushy approach left me confident I had made the right decision in placing my order with him. His experience in the industry clearly shows.
I had numerous meetings with Phil over several weeks and he always made himself available for me. I was supplied with samples to take home to make sure the correct decisions on colour and style had been made and nothing was too much trouble.
Installation was carried out by Jay, who is a true craftsman and a perfectionist.
He took care of everything including, plumbing, electrical and flooring work.
The finished kitchen is way above expectation, and I could not recommend PGN highly enough.
From start to finish the complete project took around 10 weeks from order to completion with Phil having a high presence on site during the installation to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy.
I felt from start to finish that we were in safe hands, and they even beat the 2 other quotes we had.

We needed a brand new kitchen design, supply and install for our extension. Phil and his team were brilliant from design through to installation. They took such a professional and conscientious approach throughout the project that I honestly can't fault them. We are incredibly happy with our gorgeous kitchen, and they have been on hand to assist with after-sales service when we damaged a door and needed it replacing. Thank you to all at PGN.

After visiting several well known high street kitchen companies and getting the hard sell we decided to call in at Kitchens of Altrincham. We assumed they wouldn’t be able to compete on price but as we were so disillusioned with the larger companies we decided to give them a try.

Although they don’t have a large showroom, Phil provided us with various brochures and had samples in store so that we could get a clear idea of colours etc. He came back to us within a couple of days with a detailed quote that included fitting. The quote was even slightly cheaper than others we had and included supplying and fitting the flooring.

Phil was able to arrange fitting of the kitchen within the month and the team of fitters who worked on our kitchen were excellent throughout, highly skilled, hardworking, friendly and reliable. We did have a couple of issues with items not being in stock (not KoA fault, just the way of the world at the moment), but Phil kept us updated and as soon as the items came in, Phil liaised with the fitters to get the items installed.

We even asked for an extra small panel and Phil got it made and fitted for us at no extra cost.

There was also excellent communication throughout the whole process, with Phil regularly calling round to check on progress of the job and letting us know where things were up to.

All in all we would highly recommend KoA to anyone in the market for a new kitchen. We were very, very pleased with the kitchen and the service we received.
