Extremely disappointed
I’ve tried getting into contact with this company multiple times and they never respond! It’s frustrating and unprofessional, especially when you need assistance or have questions. I believe that good customer service starts with the basics of being “reachable” which unfortunately, doesn’t seem to be the case with Pharmacy Express!

The service was competent and good
The service was competent and good. They required proof of my prescription of wegovy from another (deerer) provider which I think indicates that they take due care. Information given about diet and possible side effects and what to do if I experience them.

Amazing service …
Amazing service I placed my order late on a Saturday evening and received it first thing Tuesday morning. Love the fact that there is a WhatsApp facility where you can contact a real person and they reply really quickly ten out of ten !!!!
