I very rarely revert to leaving comments on Trust Pilot, as my usual approach is to write directly to the Head Office. On this occasion, I thought the general public should be aware of recent bad practice at the Well Pharmacy, Sketty Park, Swansea, SA2. A Script went out on Tuesday to the Pharmacy, we tried ringing Wednesday & Thursday to no avail, only later to be told that two of their phones were broken and two were on charge! Does it take someone with brains to go out and purchase a phone so patients can get in touch! What a disgrace. Then to add insult to injury, on Friday I was reduced to tears when I was told that my pain medicine would arrive on Monday, the very day I was due to go into hospital! As I am disabled and have cancer, so can't get out of the house, my husband is 75 and doesn't drive we opt for a delivery 'service'. What a joke. A taxi to collect the medication was an option, but it was a controlled drug so I dare to say the chemist would not give it to someone other than the named person or husband/partner/family. I was besides myself in tears last night. Thanks to the staff at Well Pharmacy, Sketty Park for your compassion.
