Pharmacy Office Avis 

First time using this company and the last, paid for express delivery to ensure ointment arrived by the 24th December as promised by the company on their website and as yet item hasn’t even been dispatched 8 days later, So emailed to ask to cancel, request a refund and No one has even bothered to respond to my email and no refund as yet. Please avoid if you want urgent treatment.

Ordered baby formula on the 29th of November paid £23.44 including delivery for Royal Mail 48 hr tracked never received it I’ve emailed twice no response whatsoever ever I wouldn’t purchase from here again !

Found the product I was looking for in a larger size at a good price and once I had given all the relevant information required it was easy to place my order. My order arrived quickly and I will purchase again.

Made my order and received confirmation - but nothing has arrived 10 days on, says it's still "pending". Wish I had read these reviews before using this company!! Avoid and save your money!

Pharmacy Office v Royal Mail

I would have given Pharmacy Office 5 stars. Royal Mail sent my package via Sheffield which took an extra 3 days to arrive. I live in Essex!!!!! Shame Royal Mail messed up the delivery.

I made a purchase for some eye drops based on their promise that if I order now it would be delivered the next day. It was deliver 5 days later which was totally inadequate. I asked for a refund on the day after I made the purchase as I had not received it as promised and I have receives no reply and no refund.
This company is amateur at best and simply profiteering at worst.
DO NOT USE.

I requested a refund as agreed by Manager Naz, but my bank still has not received the payment. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I opened a dispute or considered take legal actions
