This company has taken orders from me then cannot fulfil them and has supplied faulty goods. In addition they have done nothing to rectify all the issues they have. Do not use them.

Very Very Slow and Doubtful it is Legit
waiting 2 weeks for some action from this company which as the days go on looks more and more like a Scam Company and will shortly get in touch with my bank to tell them I have been scammed and to get the money back. a week ago when I chased I was told I would be prioritised and rushed through. a week on absolutely nothing has happened or moved on. there are many others in this line of business I strongly suggest go somewhere else!

Absolutely shocked by my experience with this company.
They somehow managed to take full payment from my bank account despite me never having an order number with them. I spoke with someone called “Sam” who claimed to be the manager, but also admitted that staff members sign emails using his name.
After the conversation, I was left extremely concerned and genuinely believe this company may be operating fraudulently. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before dealing with them.
Avoid at all costs.

Not received my item yet but the upload of photos and documentation wasn’t great. The email response was quite quick when I asked for help which was good but I am slightly frustrated at the wait times for the item and for approvals. Lots of other companies are checked and approved within 48 hours so this is a slow service.

8 months and still waiting on refund!
Bought a product in August and it never came. I still have not received a refund. A woman called Maya contacted me a few weeks ago to offer me a refund and I gave my bank details. Still nothing! I have tried emailing her several times and no reply. I am not the only person to have had an experience like this. Don’t allow yourself to be robbed and order with a reputable pharmacy.

Refund not received after 7 months – extremely poor customer service
I strongly advise others to be very careful when dealing with YourMedics!
I placed an order in August 2025. The order was officially cancelled on 14 October 2025. Since then, I have still not received my refund - it has now been over 7 months.
I have been actively chasing this issue:
- I email them almost every day.
- I have also tried calling multiple times.
Despite this, there has been absolutely no real progress. For the past two months (March and April), I have been contacting them daily asking a very simple question: where is my money?
Each time, I receive the same automated response saying:
“you will receive your refund” and “we apologise for the inconvenience”
However, no actual refund has been processed.
This is completely unacceptable. Holding a customer’s money for such a long period without resolution shows a serious lack of accountability and raises concerns about the company’s practices.
