A really good experience with weight loss - easy appointment, walk in available. Better than online pharmacies and I’ve tried at least 3 in the last few months.

I visited the Wains Grove Phamacy in York. Very helpful staff. Able to provide the cream that was prescribed by the hospital (who didn’t have it and warned it was in short supply) Thank you for the advise and guidance.

The pharmacists and staff at Pharmacy Plus Sowerby Bridge are always so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend.

They always go out of the way to make sure I have the medication I need, and are also knowledgable with any queries I have. Thank you.

Got next day appointment for COVID booster at time convenient for me, on entering greeted with friendly welcome, seen exactly on time, young man who gave me booster was charming and professional, out in less than four minutes, jab didn't hurt, pharmacy spotlessly clean and suggest use them over the ones on high street which are always busy and appointment s tend to be late

The staff at headingley pharmacyplushealth are so friendly caring always helpful courteous always i would also like to say that Veronica-pharmacist always goes above and beyond in getting my medication!she strives so hard in finding my medication that there is such a country shortage of in which without it i would not be here!! so a massive shout out to veronica and staff at headingley pharmacyplushealth!thank you so much to you all i really appreciate what you do for me!

The staff at this busy little local pharmacy are always really helpful and knowledgeable if I have any questions. Sending me text messages when my prescriptions are ready saves me making unnecessary trips. As a regular user they make my life so much easier I would be lost without them.

This pharmacy is amazing, the staff are tactful, unbiased, warm and empathetic to the needs of their customers. The permanent staff in here are so incredibly busy, they don't have time to stop and chat but yet have still managed to cultivate an atmosphere that's friendly and inviting which is so important in this line of work.

A pleasure to visit the PharmacyPlus shop on Kings Road in Harrogate. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Always friendly staff, feel comfortable going to the pharmacy for anything.

On two occasions my local pharmacy, on North Marine Road Scarborough have breached my confidentiality.

The service in the shop is always slow, they stock very little and don’t even open on a Saturday so changing from them was no great loss.

Informed when prescription is ready by text. always polite & helpful.

Website poor - looks in development/half-finished, to the extent that I was actually concerned about entering card details.

Didn't get an automated reminder to renew the annual subscription or a promised email confirmation after it had been renewed.

Medication delivery is very important, but you did not make it clear in a recent email that a missed delivery would be 'filed' indefinitely at the pharmacy, rather than attempted again. This should be stated explicitly.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
