I really picked the best company to start my journey with!
I was so nervous about using the pen, but it's genuinely been the best thing I have ever done. I definitely chose the right company as they have been in constant touch, are literally at the end of an email - phone, anytime. It made me feel so much better at that start. I will continue my whole journey with this pharmacy as I feel safe and secure using them and their product. Be careful of this company. Do a thorough search elsewhere before ordering from them. I purchase allergy medication for which they charged £19.99. My husband bought the exact same the following day in Tesco for £9.

I purchased medication from Pharmacy Prime last week as my son was very sick and cannot take medication orally. As I was visiting family in the countryside, there were no pharmacies in our local area that sold this medication so I looked for online providers that could do next day delivery and came across Pharmacy Prime. When I went to purchase the item on Friday morning, it gave me the option to select 'Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail) including Saturday (for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday)' for an additional £8.99. As I really needed the medication, I paid the additional charge for next day delivery.
I was then sent an e-mail informing me that I will be informed when the item has been dispatched. I did not receive an email on Friday and when I tried to call and email the pharmacy, they were closed for the weekend. It was only on Monday morning that I received a dispatch email. As my son needed the medication on Saturday, and I realised it wasn't going to arrive, I had to drive around 10 different pharmacies to find it, with a sick child.
When I asked Pharmacy Prime why it had not been sent on Friday and asked for a refund, they sent the following e-mail:
'The email specifies "If you have made the order before 3pm on Monday to Friday, it will be despatched on the same day as the order." I'm afraid this does not include Saturdays.
The medication you placed an order for has certain restrictions, which must undergo clinical approval before we can pack and dispatch an item. This process can take slightly longer than if an order for a non restricted item was placed. On top of this, Royal Mail does not collect items over the weekend.
The order has already been fulfilled and dispatched so I am unable to issue a refund'.
The automated e-mail sent after you purchase the item does not say that it does not include Saturdays, and even if it did, they should inform people of this before they purchase the item. I was also not made aware that this medication may take longer to dispatch. They must make this clearer to customers as what they currently have on their website is completely misleading and an outright lie.
After threatening them with a bad review, they have issued a refund for the cost of the delivery, but not the whole item which is what I asked for (as I no longer need it).
I feel the response and complete lack of understanding is unacceptable for a company providing vital medication.

So far has been a great experience on Mounjaro. The company have wonderful staff who care about your health, your progress and making sure you get your order in time. Would definitely recommend them

Update: I have kindly been refunded the full amount. Thank you for sorting this out quickly. Was actioned on the same day. I have reviewed my one star review based on the customer service following this incident.
Ordered an item and they sent me wrong product. Have emailed them and will review my score based on how it is handled, as it could have been an honest mistake.
I ordered disinfectant spray and they have sent me hand sanitiser which I could of got from any general store for £1-£2. I paid almost £12 including delivery for the spray I actually wanted from them.
I can't see the product they sent me on their website so I think it may be a case of them false advertising and sending people an alternative product which is unlawful and I will escalate as necessary. Let's see what they come back with.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
I placed an order, was told my order was accepted.
They took my Money, then 2 days later they contact me and tell me my order has been cancelled.
They don't think the product is safe for me.
I have been taking if for some time.
And for the record I'm 57 years old.
