Not received item yet but after reading reviews wish I hadn't bothered.
The website is deliberately misleading with information like "pharmamarketUK.com" and "Pharmamarket London" - "shipping 1-2 days Royal Mail"
All to give the impression that the goods are being sent from the UK and will be with you in a few days.
I will be lucky to get the goods by Christmas and when they do arrive after travelling halfway round the world to get to me, judging by other reviews they will probably be fake!!

AVOID!!!! Cheap FAKE products - company actually based in CHINA!!!!
Goods take ages- they arrive- are FAKE - and although they agree to a refund, the cost of postage - and the customs is as much as the product

Please don't waste your time and money on this fake website and company. All the items for sale are fake from China.
No costumer service and they dont care about the costumer .once they got your money, don't want to know about anything else.
Please avoid ,avoid .

Do not buy. This company does not state where the product originates from and has a sketchy return and refund process. I bought a pair of shoes that were clearly fake and poorly made when they arrived from China (I thought i was buying from the UK). When I asked for a refund they offered me a discount, when I declined that, they said they would only issues a refund if the shoes were returned to China with a tracking service.

Ordered trainers advertised as leather and when they arrived they were obviously fake. They were new balance 550.The tongue had Chinese language and material synthetic.

The service on this website is diabolical. It’s like robot’s owns it. No help services fast enough. No advisers to contact! The website just randomly putting things into your basket. They are a rip off stay away from this website. It’s a sister of TEMU….
China based no one able to go through the order when they made the mistake in the first place.
I demand a full refund to the mistake Pharmamarket made.

Wrong size shoe was sent. I contacted the company. Rather than give me details on how to return they give me options on how to buy the correct size. When I resisted, they said as a gesture of goodwill, they will send me a free pair of shoes but only if I give them a 5* review (and show then photographic proof!!)
I said that wasn’t acceptable I wanted to return the shoes. They have failed to reply to me

I ordered a mini heater yesterday morning,doesn't say its coming from Canada,I didn't want to wait 10days.Cancelled it 9.56am 8 minutes after ordering it 10emails later no response,just ignore u but they'll get back to me tomorrow 24 hours then tell me its been dispatched. I have to pay return. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THE WEBSITE IS FULL OF PROMISES YEAH AT THE END OF IT,IT SAYS "WERE HERE FOR YOU 24-HOURS WE DONT IGNORE ANYONE!

My trainers arrived and were the incorrect size. The team were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Please do not buy from this website. The goods are fake and you have to pay for returns. I ordered ‘new balance’ trainers but swiftly realised they are ‘new balnance’. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order but was ignored, and I got stuck paying £18 to return the fake items.

Absolutely awful company told me to pay for item to be returned it was £12.40 to return it but was worth more so did been seeing it being held in China Customs for at least 2 weeks now every excuse used by them to not pay me back
Encourage anyone not to buy from them

Brilliant company we ordered 2 cooling units one works brilliant and the other was broken but the company handled it so well and couldn’t have been more helpful!
Will deffo be using them again 🙂

Absolutely rubbish from China.
Ordered two mosquito killer lamps, arrived about 7 days later from China or equivalent when thought I was ordering from UK.
One lamp doesn’t work and the other has the light on but fan doesn’t work. Very disappointed for £40 you’d expect better.
You should be ashamed to sell such products at these prices. Something you’d get at a cheap market for a few pound.

Absolutely awful faulty first neck fan they replaced but that was faulty too. Will not refund my money unless I return which would cost me the same as the neck fan. I made a big mistake ordering from this company

When the product (LED Mosquitokiller lamp) arrived it was not as I expected. It was made of very cheap plastic, there was no on/off switch and no emptying tray. The website says it has an office in Paris and Satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded. They fail to tell you on the website that the item has to be returned to China. I was not prepared to pay half the price of the item in order to return it and maybe still not get a refund.

My delivery came but unfortunately it was damaged when I tried to use it. When I filled it up with water it leaked out everywhere. So when I reported the problem they couldn't be more helpful and apologetic. They asked me to send them a video of the brocken product and no sooner as they seen it they immediately sent me out a new one for free which I was very pleased and satisfied with. Will definitely buy more products in the future.
