My experience with Pharmayush staff Savitha was really professional. Her way of dealing with the client was very patient and responsible. Every step was handled with care and almost priority.For me she is a Ace👍🏻

I received extremely poor service on my international order to Australia and would strongly caution others before using this company.
Initially, the company provided a quote for seven medicines that I wanted to order and requested payment upfront before placing the order. After I made the payment, the agent confirmed that the payment had been received and assured me that all seven medicines would be shipped as requested.
However, when I received the delivery, only four out of the seven medicines were included. The invoice and prescription enclosed with the package were also only for four medicines, despite the original quote clearly covering seven.
I immediately contacted the agent to report the issue. The agent claimed that customs must have removed the remaining three medicines, which made no sense—if that were true, there should have been an invoice or prescription for those three medicines as well. When I asked for clarification, the agent said she would look into the matter but never responded again.
I then emailed customer service three separate times, but received no response at all. I also contacted the company multiple times by phone, and each time I spoke to a different agent who said they would investigate and get back to me—but no one ever did. During my last call, I was even yelled at by an agent, which was completely unacceptable.
This review is lengthy because I want to ensure future customers do not get ripped off, especially when placing international orders to Australia. Their customer service, particularly after receiving payment, is absolutely pathetic. The agents are rude, unhelpful, and show no willingness to resolve issues. They do not offer refunds, even when they clearly fail to deliver what was paid for.
I cannot comment on their domestic delivery services, but based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted for international orders. Be extremely careful with your money and consider using a more reputable company for international services.

Do not buy products from here. This is a fraud website. Placed order and paid. After that there is no revert to calls and messages. Totally a fraud company.

Very very bad, annoying and disappointing service this so-called PharmaAyush is a BIG FRAUD had no idea about custom clearance rules of the country they were sending package to. I had lost all the money I paid for the delivery and in the end DHL Czech Republic had to send my package back to India. No accountability from their side. A big disappointment, would never recommend this to anyone. They are doing a big SCAM!!!

it's a horrible service, they don't know anything about shipping medicines or other items, just just want your money. Horrible customer support. They took money but shipment never arrived.

I have ordered medicine on 19th Jan, today is 30th Jan, Medicine is not delivered yet. WhatsApp support not responding. Number in website no one picking. Its horrible service. Do not buy from this website

I had seen this courier service on fb . I contacted them to courier medicine to Zurich. They came home in Chennai ,picked up the medicines and my daughter received it within 4 days.
Recently I was in USA and I wanted them to buy and send me a few medicines from India to be couriered to USA. They agreed willingly and I was happy to receive the medicines I required..
Really a boon for us .

Very Very Bad service, I have purchased AVP Hitham Grape Syrup on 16/11/2025 by paying Rs.200/- online payment, But still Item receive or amount returned, on calling saying one word and disconnecting the call.
