SHAMELESS BEHAVIOUR
They give fake promises only. I had to send medicines to Australia from Mumbai urgently but they haven’t sent it yet since a month. Infact, the owner is not answering any of my calls and is not refunding my money back as well. Despite of many calls and messages they refuse to answer any . Please don’t fall for their trap. They are cheaters . Just opened their office to grab people’s hard earned money and medicines. The owner should be ashamed of acting like this with the customers.

I would give this company zero stars too if I could! I’ve been chasing my medicines for my elderly parents since Feb! After numerous attempts of chasing, I keep getting my medication in parts! They just don’t seem to be sending it out all together!! It’s so frustrating and there’s no one there to answer calls or able to contact. I can’t get through to them. They are a terrible company to deal with and a big SCAM. They have taken my money and not delivered! Very quick to take payment and then super slow at delivering. First time part of my medications came, there was so much missing, broken bottles, all sticky everywhere- so wasn’t packaged properly for international delivery! I had to keep contacting them and giving them instructions on packaging- surely this shouldn’t be the case for a so called courier company!! Then next time (2weeks ago) eventually when I received the parcel, yet again only part of the medication arrived! Yet again I’m trying to get in touch with the CEO, Dr Arun who doesn’t seem interested in responding and resolving the issues. Why is it so difficult to send the entire package once and for all properly packaged so no items damage? Why is the only job of a courier company so difficult to do- pack and deliver!!!
I hope to hear from you urgently with a solution.

I would give these people zero star if it was possible! They are a total scam company. Mediship express (which is their partner company) picked up my medicines from mumbai 4 weeks ago to be shipped to UK which I have not received to date! They wanted the payment to be done to Pharmayush which seems to also be a scam company working in collaboration with each other.
There is no communication at all from them. I can't get in touch with them via email, whatsapp, they don't answer any messages or respond with any updates. They created a waybill no with DHL but haven't given my parcel to DHL to deliver. They have stolen my medicines & my money and disappeared!
This is a BIG scam company who should be reported to the consumer rights board to be held accountable for their deceitful practices. Do not use these people especially if their prices seem cheaper than the rest of the couriers- clearly because they are a SCAM!

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible. I used Mediship Express (medishipexpress. com) to ship critical medicines for my grandparents from India to the UK. When processing my payment, they instructed me to send it to a bank account under the name "Pharmayush." These two scam companies seem to be working together in their scam operations.

While they were quick to collect the package and take full payment for the shipping, their communication has been non-existent since. They are not answering calls, replying to messages, or providing any updates. It feels like they have simply taken my money and the medicines, and disappeared.

I was promised that the package would be delivered within a week, yet it has now been over two weeks with no update, a questionable DHL tracking link, and I fear my medicines have been stolen.

This company is a BIG SCAM, and their actions are putting vulnerable people at risk by preventing them from receiving essential medical treatment. I strongly advise against using this service, and I believe they should be held accountable for their deceitful practices.
