Barry Smalls of PHC met me at my rehab facility on the day of my discharge after my accident. He had already used measurements and details to get the right equipment ready. He showed me how to use everything and was helpful to make sure we were able to get everything in the car. When I got home, Which was a late Friday on a holiday weekend, I realized that The wheelchair would not fit through my critical doorways. Barry somehow made it to my house within a half hour. He found a solution with a different set up for the wheelchair and made sure I felt safe and comfortable before he left. Five stars all the way.

I ordered a gel seat cusion for my mother's wheel chair on August 15, 2023. Cost was over $171. On August 24, I contacted them by email to ask about the status of the shipment. On August 25 they replied and said "Please call me. Not enough info for the credit card". This just didn't sound right, so I replied and told them to just cancel the order. On August 27 they replied "We will attempt to cancel - it may have already shipped from manufacturer. Will let you know Monday." Never heard from them again. Credit card statement came and I was charged, but still have not received what I ordered. I guess there wasn't a problem with the credit card after all? Am working with my credit card company to reverse the charges. Now I'm wondering if this company is even legit. Beware.

I purchased a hospital bed and a tripod lift assist and my order does not show up on my account. I had to email and call several different times telling them my problem because I wanted to track my purchase as it was almost $2000. When I emailed and called the elderly woman who answered was rude and would not listen to what I was trying to tell her about her service and the website. After dealing with these issues I can NOT leave a favorable review and I would NOT recommend using this website.
