Great service
I ordered a collection of part for my granddaughter as a construction kit for Christmas. All arrived promptly with a minor discrepancy on the order. I emailed them on Saturday morning and the automated reply said office open Monday to Friday. On Sunday morning I had a reply from Sophie saying that all was sorted and corrected part was on the way.

A Great Company
The quality of equipment here is really excellent, especially with regards to school physics equipment, many items of which you cannot find anywhere else. The customer support is also fantastic, being speedy and efficient - issues were solved almost instantly, saving me a considerable headache! Additionally, I cannot praise the generous returns policy enough. As yearly budgets are limited and every £ counts it makes a big difference to be able to easily return items. An all round great company.

Delivery is also very swift assuming the items are in stock when you place the order.

Prompt problem solving
I was reactivating our school account after a couple of years and hit a snag with the delivery address, which did not show up until after the courier had been instructed. My concern was addressed very promptly and professionally, leading to a successful and quick delivery. Excellent communication from Phillip Harris throughout, including weekend emails! Very happy.

Amazing service, as always!
I've used Philip Harris for a number of years at both my current and previous schools. The equipment is always top quality and delivered quickly.
Today was amazing! I ordered online yesterday (so easy - what a great system) and the order came today, fantastic!
I did have to call as a single item was missing and the issue was resolved really quickly, it's coming next week.
I mentioned to the lady I spoke to (I'm so sorry I didn't make a note of her name) that I was surprised the plastic measuring cylinders come plastic wrapped. She explained they come like that from the supplier in order for them not to get scratched but it's a shame they can't simply wrap a piece of paper around them.
