The delivery has been delivered to nexr…
Our school delivery was accidentally delivered to the wrong school, which was really frustrating at first. However, Lauren Nield from DPD customer service stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. The issue was handled quickly and professionally, and the paper was redirected without any further problems.
Really impressed with how efficiently this was resolved—excellent customer service from Hope Education especially Lauren who resolved this issue!

DPD were the courier
DPD were the courier. Said it was delivered, delivered to the wrong building. The photo of delivery had multiple packages in it, not sure which one was mine. Checked the building and it wasn’t there. Parcel lost. Really disappointing as my order was for a job interview.
