Definitely has helped ease my anxiety after asking NHS and Private practices for a scan but being denied I booked with phoenix and was seen promptly. My anxiety has eased and will definitely use again if a reason arises.

Highly recommended
I highly recommend Hootan Mohsenian if you need an echocardiogram. After struggling to get my medical/surgical team to recognise the urgency of my deteriorating health condition, I decided to get an echo privately and chose Phoenix Ultrasound. I was fortunate to be seen the following day by Hootan.
Hootan listened carefully and was extremely thorough in attempting to understand my complex medical history. He also examined previous echo reports for comparison.
After the echo Hootan explained his recommendations and advised me to go to A&E with the report he sent very soon afterwards. I can't thank him enough and apologise for the delay in completing this review!
As a result of the echo report, I was admitted from A&E under cardiology and my condition stabilised with changes in medication and an iron infusion, now waiting for a catheter ablation. Without the echo and report, I may still be waiting for my cardiology appointment in May, my heart continuing to deteriorate.

Quick service, nice staff

Previously I have waited 8 weeks for this scan on the nhs. At phoenix I was seen within a few days. The whole process was stress free, the welcome warm and friendly and the radiographer was thorough and professional. Immediate feedback meant that I was reassured. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to the long wait for diagnostics on the nhs. I have been sent the scans and a report and will forward it to my GP prior to making an appointment to discuss.
