The team at phoenix, made what was a total nightmare with our landlord into something we no longer had to worry about, firstly JO, then Oliver took full control, but unfortunately they had to deal with our landlord, something we as a family could not longer cope with. It was a very long process due to the landlord never returning emails and always finding delays. The team at phoenix took this in their stride and kept us reassured, and updated at every important moment, although I probably did pester poor Oliver ar times.
But after 3 ( long ) years phoenix got us the compensation we were after, and the works to be carried out on our home due to disrepair. ( time frame not due to the team )

Good communication as a disabled client, explained when I didn’t understand and no issues with the company.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my tenancy deposit case. Although it was initially described to me as a “very simple” matter, it has now been ongoing for a year and a half with no meaningful progress. The solicitor assigned to my case has stopped responding entirely, and I have been left without any update or explanation.

The lack of transparency, repeated delays, and failure to communicate are unacceptable. Filing this claim was already a stressful step, but the prolonged silence and disappearance of my solicitor have caused completely unnecessary additional distress. This level of service falls far below what I had reasonably expected.

As my emails have gone unanswered, I expect someone to contact me promptly and provide a clear update on the status of my case, along with an explanation for these continued delays and communication failures.
