Had to call Phoenix Life to change my address and was greeted with a friendly person who went through the security questions and I was told it was up to date. Thankfully it was a quick call and my query was answered there and then

All email communication from me has been completely ignored, which is very frustrating, especially when emails from Phoenix state you haven't responded to their previous emails, which is simply not the case. I provided all requested information in April and no payment has been received.

They took the time to find me and the service since has been excellent

The agent was friendly and polite and very helpful. They dealt with my query quickly and efficiently and I am completely satisfied.

When I rang in for help I was and still am recovering from a stroke. The colleague was patient, caring and extremely helpful I felt truly heard and cared for as we went through my concerns.sorry I cannot remember her name. She also gave me some helpful contact numbers.

I had to ring up several times before getting someone to listen properly. There was an error that needed changing and at times I was banging my head against a wall. My last call the a lady realised I was getting frustrated and took the time to listen and then spoke to the right department. All sorted now.

Well i was contacted by you to update my details as i had moved i queried as to why as i had moved my pension fund out 3 years previous and found out i had a forgotten about pension from 1989 this had matured in 2018 why was i not informed ? Especially as i withdrew my main pension in 2023 via my financial adviser . I then found that it is so hard to pass security questions as they related to a forgotten pension from 1979 the fact that you contacted me should have made the process simple but it dragged on for nearly 5 months i did make an error on one form as i believed i was the member and you were now the trustees it would have been nice to have had better guidance on the forms like sign and date here all in all it was a painfully slow and frustrating experience yours faithfully simon james kennedy

I have received no statements for 2 years. I called up your help line and asked for statements and was told you'd had an issue after a systems migration and I would get statements by email and post. Nothing yet received. Was told up to 10 days to get so was waiting till Friday 17th before having to call again. How can I give you a better rating at this point!

After speaking with the complaints department, which assured me I would receive a decision on my complaint, possibly by end of day Thursday 9th July along with a copy of my husbands P60 so I can finalise his tax return, yet again that did not happen, and as of today 15th still nothing, this is extremely bad service and annoying that every time I have to call I waste an hour of my life, if you had a no star option I would be picking that one

You updated my details without fuss and then checked the efficacy by writing to both my old address and my new address. Great attention to detail.I am impressed
